The pepper will flow freely for sure. I couldn't find one of my pepper Mills due to them still being packed away and I don't know which box they're in so I just ordered this for now until I can order peppercorns. It's good black pepper. If you wanted it finer in the grain you could always put it through your Peppermill again so there is grinder ability to it.

Fresh pepper and great value. NOTE TO Bolo: Please consider wrapping up the pepper in cellophane or plastic. Or, tape the top secure when sending. Because mine came loose in a box with other HEAVY items, one of the pepper shakers started to unscrew, and the sealed underneath was loose. So, I lost quite a bit of pepper. Thanks!
