I've had a number of their products and I'm well happy with them all.I do recommended this company and the vitamin D tablets are a years supply, you can't beat that, the majority of us in the UK are deficient in Vitamin D, I know I was when my Dr ordered a blood test along with folic acid. This company does a really good Iron plus product, which also has B12 and Folic Acid in the mix.Try them you won't regret it! Why did you choose this product over others?:A very reasonable price for quality products!

Be aware, there are 2000mg tablets, to get 4000mg of Lions Mane you need to take 2 tablets, which obviously means you have 90 days supply not 180 days supply. A little disingenuous and wouldn't be allowed if the supplement market was properly regulated. Whether they work time will tell.

As someone who struggles with sleeping through the night, I've found this product excellent. I experimented with taking it in the morning and at night. Night works best for me - about an hour before I go to bed. It's really helped. Usually, I wake up maybe 3 times and often get up for about 2 hours as my brain seems to wake up. While I still wake up maybe once, I am able to get back to sleep.

I recently tried Lion Mane mushroom capsules and, while I had high hopes, I can only give them three out of five stars. I was looking forward to the potential benefits, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any significant difference personally.The capsules themselves are easy to take and the quality seems fine, but I was hoping for more noticeable effects on my focus or cognitive function. Perhaps they work better for others, but for me, it hasn’t been a game-changer. If you’re curious about Lion Mane, it might be worth a try, but don’t expect miracles right away!

These are strong, especially compared to others on the market.Personally I found taking two, too much. I found I wasn't able to sleep well afterwards even if I'd taken them earlier in the day.However, I halfed the dose and take one around mid morning. Seems to be the perfect amount. I take one a day, with a magnesium supplement and this seems to do the trick for my concentration and focus, and the magnesium helps me feel less fatigued.Now I've got it right, I can't fault them 👍
