    These vitamins are such good quality. These are definalty the best Vitamin C tablets I've taken. It reccomeneds taking them with water but I find them so hard to swallow. The pill is quite a large pill and has a slight powdery coating which makes it hard for it to go down. There has been a few times when it has gotten stuck in my throat and have had to eaten something to get it downIt suggests taking two tablets but I can't manage two at a time. I take one in the morning and one at night. You can definitely taste the acidity of the vitamin C.I would have given this 5 stars however it's just so hard to swallow. This is my second time buying this but not sure I will again after this bottle is empty.

    These tablets are 500mg each not 1000mg as stated...it says per serving which is two tablets ..I find the way it's displayed on the bottle as deceivingI will now need to take two tablets a day instead of one so not the value for money that I thought
