One flaw in an otherwise great coffee maker

The sweetener function is lacking. The syrup chamber is inefficient mixing with the milk. Barely half of syrup is transferred. Furthermore the chamber is far too small for those with a sweet tooth. (Like me)The manual says to pour the remainder into the cup. Yep, that’s exactly what I want to do. Spend thousands on an automatic machine that requires me to pour the sweetener in myself.
Costs a bit more but worth it!
We liked the first one so well we purchased a second one from Bolo. The number of options is amazing! Highly recommend Jura and this particular model.
Too soon for something not to be working on a 3,000 coffee machine.
The media could not be loaded. I have to have a new foamer already. I have contacted Jura directly. Will get new milk foamer in next week. Do feel like the return line needs to be extended. As it has taken 10 days to reach Jura for support. Another 10 days to get replacement part. Only for the equipment might work for 2 weeks. This will be past my January 31 return timeline.
