We’ve just recently purchased the Hiseeu dome camera, to secure our home. We are extremely pleased with the streamline look about it and doesn’t look unsightly on our property. It’s extremely easy to set up through the app with step by step guidance in the booklet that comes with it and the prompts when installing. Lots of features in the app to set up to your own personal preferences. We’ve gone for the SD card storage (SD not included in the package) which works extremely well. Through the app you can manually control your camera which is a great feature. We are extremely impressed with the HD Night Vision the picture is crystal clear as the camera has two infrared lights which helps provide clear images in darkness. The Human detection is also a plus for us and can be set up with phone notifications to alert you and records it to the SD card for viewing. We also like the 360 viewing which rotates horizontal and vertical when detecting a moving person and follows them until out of view for longer and more precise recordings. We’ve also tried out the two way audio where you are able to speak to a person outside through the app and it’s very clear to hear. There is also a siren that you can press to alert someone who’s on your premises which is loud and would hopefully deter and intruders. Would we recommend purchasing this camera? without a doubt, this has got to be the best security camera we’ve purchased, it’s reliable, high-quality, and packed with great features that make monitoring your property effortless. This security camera has great signal, crystal-clear images, and full coverage, look no further such a great price too…..

That image is theirs showing smart infrared. There's not such thing on the camera the entire thing is black and white unless you have an outside light. I've seen cheaper ones with better images don't waste your money

I recently purchased my 5th Hiseeu Camera, but this time the Dome version.We just moved into our property and doing some work to the garden soon and needed aCamera to provide overview footage.This camera was very easy to set up and link to the DVR – took few seconds 😊Easy to control using the EsseCloud mobile app.Have provided a short video footage (Please note – not fixed the camera in place yet as decidingbest place for it)Once fixed will provide more feedback and video.But so far, really impressed with it and looking to buy more units soon.In regards to customer service, it is top notch as you get a response the next day and veryfriendly response with professional advice as and when you need it!!

Although it looks nice, I could not get the WiFi connection, nor could I get the camera to work on a wired connection. P.s. I bought two! The app is terrible, seemed to be a pile of junk in all honesty. Would give 0 stars if I could.

La Telecamera é fatta a regola d'arte, funzione benissimo, facile da acquisire con l'app EseeCloud, ottima la qualità video, il corpo della stessa è metallico, in dotazione alimentatore, raccordi per attacco cavo di rete in modalità stagno, e una piastrina che nel caso vogliamo girare la stessa in 3 diversi posizioni dovuti a questioni di regolazione di PTZ. Come ci ha abituato Hiseeu di serie hanno il pulsante di reset e connettore ethernet e alimentazione. Non posso che consigliare questa telecamera al acquisto. Per quanto riguarda l'Assistenza Hiseeu il Top, rispondono in tempi brevi tramite la messaggistica Bolo.
