Headphones are ok, couple of things I have found using them. If you are looking to pair with Teams on your laptop & with your phone it’s doesn’t work well if you put the laptop on Sleep overnight and go tinier again the next day. Have to restart the laptop. Works fine with the other applications (Spotify, YouTube etc) just seems to be a Teams thing. Given how delicate the Mic seems I’m surprised there is no case for them, can see how they could be broken easily if put in a bag

I bought it as my old headset was not working and the wire always tangled and it’s annoying. I’ve used this headset for 6 months without any issue. The sound is clear and blue tooth connection always works well. I’m very happy with it.

Dongle is too small and easy to lose. Keep it safe. Wish the dongle had a tiny hole so that I could tie a ribbon or lanyard or keychain around the dongle.

Keep hearing a ringing noise in the background of my headset - almost like white noise.Also struggling to integrate well with teams, cannot mute/unmute via my computer. Forced to use the headset every time.

The headset can't be turned off when paired after six months of usage. It can only be turned off when it's in pairing mode. What a joke!

Light headphones with long lasting battery. I really like the side button that mutes the mic in case there's some unexpected noise occurs. Generally happy with the item. Would highly reccomend

Edit: Wanted to come back to this review and update, as I've just had to return them as they got to the point of being unusable. Appear to be connected, yet nobody can hear me. Battery life still woeful, so where they get the claim of 55+ hours is anyone's guess. Did what I should have done in the first place and spend more to get a quality set of headphones that work reliably!------Owned these for a couple of weeks. They were purchased to replace a plantronics desktop headset as it developed a fault. These are comfortable to wear, though there is a faint hiss through the headset whilst using, but you get used to it and isn't intrusive. I have found though that the connectivity is a bit temperamental and when not in use for a couple of hours between calls, and the mute button stops working completely, and you have to switch the headset off and back on again to restore functionality. Also, the battery life claims to be 55+hours - not a chance! More realistically 15-20hours if you're lucky. Can't be bothered with the returns process, so will hope to get a couple of years out of these before buying a new set from a different brand. Awarding 3* simply because they function reasonably well at their core purpose, which is as a wireless headset.

Die Buds tun was sie sollen. Sie klingen sogar bei Musik passabel. Klar ist es kein Audio High End Gerät für audiophile Nerds, aber der Sound ist amtlich. Sprachqualität ist durchaus akzeptabel, aber auch hier gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Der Sitz ist kompakt und leicht. Er drückt nicht. Nur die kleinen Kabel die aus dem Bügel in die Ohrmuscheln gehen, find ich etwas nervig, da die schon mal öfters im Haar hängen bleiben können. Alles in allem fürs tägliche arbeiten absolut geeignet. Daumen hoch. Allerdings muss ich sagen das ich den KH für einen Aktionsfrühlingspreis bekommen habe, daher preislich unschlagbar. Bei dem regulären Preis von ca. 90 Euro find ich gibt es Besseres.

I was thinking twice at first but after seeing few reviews online I got one for myself. Was impressed with the quality for such low price.hoping it will last for a while.
Zeer goede ontvangst
Goede headset voor tijdens het werk. Zeer heldere gesprekken in videobellen, en goede bas als je muziek op hebt om niet afgeleid te worden. De bijgeleverde dongle voor in je PC heeft een zeer goed bereik, ik heb 40 meter verderop in de gang nog steeds ontvangst bij de koffieautomaat. Het enige nadeel hiervan is wanneer je bluetooth verbinding hebt met je telefoon, je verbinding met je telefoon wordt verbroken zodra je in de buurt komt van je PC. Dat is op te lossen door de dongle uit je PC te halen. Opladen 1x per 2 weken is voor mij voldoende. Het draagcomfort is ook prima, ik heb hem soms 4 uur achter elkaar op zonder te irriteren. De prijs is ook laag genoeg, wij hebben een persoonlijk jaarbudget waarvan we dit soort persoonlijke dingen vergoed krijgen.
Great Product. Great noise cancelling microphone
Absolutely great for cancelling outside noise on the Mic.Working from home or loud office, I needed something that could block out all backgroud noise while I spoke on the mic. The boom mic on this is FANTASTIC at cancelling our background noise.My kid has been playing and jumping and screaming in the background while I'm on a work call and they hear none of that noise on the other side. I even checked the meeting recording to see if I could hear any background.They are a little on the fragile side of they call too much. Not the most durable but definitely not flimsy.Comfort around the ear is okay, nothing bad and nothing too great.Wireless connectivity is solid and connects to 2 devices at once.The side mute button is very useful and easy to locate to mute quickly.
