Item as described well made and does job perfectly.Packaging was ridiculous massive amount of brown paper package, inserted into a large clear plastic bag to keep it dry, even though it says handed to resident, it was left at door. No problem with product I still highly recommend but amount of packaging was excessive.

Bought for my wife who sometimes struggles with stubborn lids and ring-pull cans, and this has been genuinely useful. The main advantage is that it isn’t only for one type of lid — the different cut-outs and tools mean it works across jars, bottles, screw tops and ring-pull tins. That makes it far more practical than a single-purpose jar opener.It doesn’t take up much space in a drawer, and it’s well shaped so that a smaller or weaker hand can get good leverage. If you have arthritis, reduced grip strength, or you just want a bit more help with jars that “won’t budge”, this is a very helpful little gadget.
