I love that it is a straightforward piece of equipment to set up and get started on. I was looking for something simple and easy to use and this is definitely it for me. It's really good to walk on, good length and great width to use, it's not complicated and I love the tablet stand that it has which is one of the reasons I picked this one. The treadmill belt is running really well and smooth, very quiet, no slippage but if it does there are clear instructions on how to adjust plus an alignment key to use with the instruction booklet. It is well designed and looks like it will last me quite a long time so I'm really pleased my treadmill.

Had this product for a while now and it’s still working perfectly. I find it not too loud and have had no issues with it at all. It is compact and sturdy but is quite heavy to move (is for me anyway). I love this product, so easy to get steps in as so handy to have around. I shopped around for weeks before I decided to get this one, and so glad I did.

Pre pre amble. It's a pity this product doesn't seem to be available, because unlike a lot of things I have bought recently, this product does actually seem to be pretty good.Pre amble - I'm finding reviews less and less useful (Bolo, google anywhere). I've noticed a lot of information "doesn't get said" (if you know what I mean) and "can't be responded to". I've bought a few iffy products which have good revewis, recently. having said that this product is worth some feedback.I never give 5/5 for anything (and rarely read 5/5 score reviews), so 4/5 is a decent scoreBolo sent one delivery guy for the item (thank you to him). the box actually says "overweight product, requires two people", so if Bolo want to let one guy potentially give himself an injury and put himself out of work....I guess that goes. afaik, anything over 25kg legally requires two people to lift (this is 33kg). so....whatever.I won't brag about saying this is going in my big expensive house, which some people have seemed to.I'm not going to return it so it's obviously decent enough, so let's start with the bad. Some things you cannot find out from product specs and numbers. The only thing I would say which might let this product down - and the reason it might let it down is because if a feature prevents you from wanting to use something, then it's a bad feature, is the VOLUME OF THE BEEPER. including a FOUR second long BEEEEEP when you switch it on. BECAUSE YOU WANT TO KNOW WHEN YOU'VE SWITCHED IT ON, DON'T YOU?I wouldn't class this as a cheap product, it's more sturdy than that, but I've noticed the VOLUME LEVEL of the beeper on a product seems to be in (inverse) proportion to how much it costs. cheap products HAVE LOUD BEEPERS and more expensive products have more appropriate beepers. Maybe cheap products want to give you a "value for money" impression by doing something.....more. (in the sme way the bluetooth speakers TALK to you loudly when you switch them on. wtf?)When you start it, the LOUD FOUR SECOND BEEP is......minorly irritating. So you aren't going to be using this "in secret" in the house (motor noise aside). now I know the manufacturers would say "we need you to hear it". basic psychology - if when something happens, you are thinking more about "the thing that is happening" (eg, "that beeper is so loud"), and Not "this signal means something", then the beeper has defeated itself - you aren't thinking that something is happening, you are concentrating on the signal that tells you something is happening.I hope that the house next door can't hear the FOUR SECOND switch on BEEP - no really, it is that loudTo be honest I have bought a lot of products recently that have something wrong with them. speakers with a background hiss, microwaves (again) that have LOUD BEEPERS, any number of products that have awful buttons, LED's that are bad to look at. why, Bolo? does everyone want to be website programmers or mess around with AI, and no one wants to do anything "actual"?ok. that's that. so the specs that sold it to me were (in some order)42 cm wide deck - those extra cm make all the difference between "have to concentrate/mentally narrow" and "enough room for minor error"12km speed - even if you only ever use 5.5 of them, it's nice knowing it goes further? the same as you rarely take your watch down to 50m underwaterSufficient display - I hate it when one set of digits does two things, and switches between them in 10 second intervalsWeight - it's 30kg (relatively heavy). I consider this a good thing. I'm not heavy, under 90kg, but I don't want exercise equipment groaning and creaking and shuffling when I use it - I want it to be solid. and this really does seem like a solid piece of kit, no excusesIt's got the handrail, and it's got controls on the handrail (display is on the base)It was also nice that the +/- buttons were next to each other, and not either side of the display. Useful 3/6 buttons that mean you don't have to press-press-press to get the walking speed up from 0Black with blue trim is smartIf it was at full price, I would have considered it priced for the product, at under £200 - yeah I think that isn't bad. so I'm hoping it doesn't break within 6 months, or 2 years. here's hoping, eh

I bought this treadmill in November to get fit. I initially was going to have this in the spare bedroom but due ti the size and weight of it I decided to have it in the living room. I have a large living room and it fits perfect behind the recliner. It’s solid and sturdy a well built piece of equipment. Which is exactly what I wanted. It’s easy to fold the handle away to use as a walker but to be honest I keep the handle up all the time as I only use it to run. It does not keep trackOf your last workout on the actual machine but if you are using the app then this is not too much of a concern. It’s easy to use the display when running. I suffer with asthma and have not exercised for some time so when I first started using the treadmill I had to take it easy as I got quite breathless but over the months I can see great health benefits. My breathing is much better and my fitness levels are increasing day by day. It must be good as my 82 year old father now wants to purchase one. Overall great piece of equipment.

I loved this machine. Got it to get my steps up and trying abit of gentle running. Easy instructions, perfect speeds. Folds flat, so easily stored. I unfortunately damaged mine (an over zealous springer spaniel trapping her squidgy ball in the belt and wrecking the motor). I went to customer services just to see if they could repair/service treadmill, but not expecting anything due to a self inflicted breakage and also only being able to communicate through one email address. I was pleasantly surprised when my emails were replied to and a gesture of goodwill part refund was offered and put back into my account within 48 hours of claim that it would be. Great product and even better customer 👏

Basic running machine but super quality. I use it regularly, no incline setting but good value for the money for a solid good speed run. Remote is useful and works fine, set up is easy. Size is larger than I thought which for me is great. Plenty of speed setting for getting a good run out of it. Not really very noisy and smooth running tread mat function.
