This has really helped my gut health and knowing it has magnesium in it too is great. This is clearly a science led product which reassures me a lot. I sprinkle this in my tea in the morning or even mix it in my protein shake to get some prebiotic fibres in there. Health is most definitely wealth, would recommend adding to your daily supplement program.

Wanted something to help with my over all well-being. This looked like a great product to do just that coving my gut health, cognitive health, heart health and help with energy levels.I'm getting on with the product and seems to be working great!My favourite thing is that you can add the powder to anything porridge, shake etc... I like to add it to my tea which adds a tiny bit of sweetness from the natural prebiotic.Great product, will be using on an ongoing basis!

Starting out, I am not basing my review on any medical claims or effects only the experience of taking the product.The box contains 30 individual sachets which you empty into a meal or drink. The sachets have a cut to enable you to tear them open, though I didn't find them easy to tear cleanly. Not a major issue though.The sachets are supposed to be flavourless, when I added a sachet to sparkling water, there was a very slight flavour which was similar to soda water. Added to milk or fruit juice would probably be undetectable. Even after stirring there was a small amount of powder in the bottom.I said I added to sparkling water, don't do this (probably any sparkling drink) as it just caused it to gas up and resulted in flat water.

You get quite a few sachets in the box (30 in total)It contains a flavourless powder meaning you can sprinkle it into any food or drink and you won't even notice it's there. Love that.It's a prebiotic fibre and mineral food supplement that contains WellBiome and Magnesium.It's a vegan product, lactose free, gluten free and. you can add it to water, juice, shakes and smoothies, cereals and warm porridge or tea or coffee.Just pop one sachet into any food or beverage once a day and off you go.It supports your gut as well as heart, bone and energy health.Since starting on them I've noticed a bit more energy and I am going to keep going with them and see how they do long term but so far so good!
