It is 10 times stronger then most others. I didn't try the others but I made yoghurt from it and happy with the results.

Tried two times. The milk seperates. Tried with full capsule also tried 1/2 capsule. Tried various temperatures 36, 37 and 38 degrees. Yogurt seperates each time. Wasted 5 lts of good milk.

Tried to make yogurt with with this 3 times and the bacteria is completely DEAD and inactive. I would not waste your money on this. If you want to make Yogurt, buy the trusted L-Reuteri brand BioGaia.... they ship LIVE bacteria that actually works. This one was completely DEAD for the shipment I got, wasted a lot of time and money with Toniq. I did an identical recipe with BioGaia and the yogurt came out beautifully.

Makes yogurt
I could make yogurt with it
Makes a significant difference even if you already take a probiotic
I taken a good mixed probiotic for many years. But when I added this one to my regimen, I really noticed a difference. Not sure why, but rarely ever get that bloated feeling anymore as well as other benefits that it provides. Highly recommend you try adding this specific strain of good bacteria to your daily supplements.
Made great yogurt
I used this to make yogurt and it turned out really well. It was very thick on the first batch. When I ordered it was only in the 70s. I think people who said it didn’t work might have had it get to warm during shipping. Don’t order in the heat of summer.
