There’s a good range of different sunrises & sunsets to choose from, the light can be used on its own as a reading light or mood lighting. The sound quality is good enough for the standard alarms. Easy to use via the app. Waking up to a light room in the dark winter days really makes a difference to how I feel.

Beware! You have to use an adapter to plug in and power up in the UK. Really annoying! Given the cost of the item I’m amazed it didn’t come with the right plug or an adaptor. Sloppy.

I got it for her on Christmas, it shipped fast just in time for the holidays.We use a different model in our baby's room and we loved it so much we had to get the adult version.I often work overnight and my wife's always scared to be home alone at night and she uses the built in night light feature. I do think it is very bright, but she likes it and as long as she is happy with it, I am happy as well. She uses the app for most of the features and the White noise sound is really good and does help us sleep better since we have been using it everyday.

Sleep Quality Improved

I didn’t realize how much waking up to a regular alarm was impacting my day. The Hatch has improved not only my mornings, but my nighttime routines as well. Instead of waking up with a jump scare, I wake up to a beautiful sunrise and peaceful pan flutes. I wind down to the sounds of nature and am lulled to sleep by a thunderstorm. I rest so peacefully, no longer waking up throughout the night, and start my day so luxuriously. Best money I’ve ever spent

Love with some annoying easy to fix

Overall, we love the hatch we have both the original for our kids and then this One for our bedroom. What bothers me about the hatch Is that the things I find annoying about it would be so easy to fix for hatch. The app is not so user-friendly. I find it extremely counterintuitive, and this is magnified by the fact that you were usually using it late at night or early in the morning if ever you wanted an intuitive app it would be that you use half awake. Even when setting up a routine though, in daylight hours, I have to consistently remind myself where to go. I wish there was a general search function on the product’s landing page. Some of the sounds Very well thought out sounds are not very well thought out. For example i’m loving the sonic Atlas music fall asleep to. I find the musicians introduction before goes on way too long and is not relaxing or conducive to sleep at all. I I don’t find the library of sleep sounds to be extremely extensive. I swear I had white noise machines in the 90s that played 4 different kinds of fire noises. Lastly, and this is so annoying because it would just be so easy for them to fix the light on the Machine does not go low enough. You should be able to the light At least 60% lower than it is right now at a 0%. Our Machine faces us the light shines directly in our face. This makes the Night light feature virtually impossible for us to use. I don’t know who would use the 100%. It is way too bright. Overall, though I do not regret the purchase at all and would recommend it, especially to new parents it just has a few little things that could so easily be fixed

Improved quality of sleep!

My quality of sleep has gotten much better since getting the clock. I end up waking up before my alarm goes off thanks to the gentle sunrise wake up. I feel less groggy waking up, and has helped me reduce my screen time going to bed too.It's a pricey thing for sure. Their offering of a premium subscription on top of it makes it more of a dealbreaker for most people. But I will say this: humans are creatures of habit, so in my opinion I feel that I am not missing out on the wider range of sounds that are offered in the subscription. The sounds that they offer for free are more than enough for me.
