The media could not be loaded. I was really looking forward to receiving this but as soon as I opened the box I could see that it was absolute cheap junk. It might or might not have a £50 circuit board inside it but the rest is just cheap, poorly made plastic. It looks cheap, it feels cheap, it costs a wedge of cash and it doesn't work properly.See from the attached video that the plugs won't fully go into the sockets, both are the same. oh, and good luck trying to get the plugs out once they're in! Make sure that it's disconnected first as you'll have to put your fingers or a screwdriver underneath to grapple and force the things out, if it doesn't short and start a fire first.On top of this, once this box of tricks is sort of plugged in it trips the anti restart light on the makita rto702 making it unusable. I may be missing something but if I am I'm not interested to be honest. It's gone straight back in the box and a return initiated.I'm really not that hard to please and I try to be fair with any reviews but this is so bad that it's made me angry that fox alien are charging this amount of money for this dangerous rubbish. Having just upgraded my excellent mostics pro 3018 for the masuter pro it makes me doubt my choices if this is what fox alien think passes as acceptable.I'm writing this before I've even tried the overpriced plastic dust shoe I also ordered! Save yourself the stress and unless they improve this mess, just turn the router on manually and keep an eye on it, grrrr!

OK, I'm going to be as fair as possible, I read other reviews and figured it can't be that bad, but in truth it is. Yes It does work, you will need to do wiring, but honestly that's easy.The issues are with the construction quality of the probuct, it is made of very cheap "Thin" plastic, most of the parts are internally clued to this case. There is no internal support, the body flexes and bends when inserting or removing a plug. Yes I took it apart, so its not being returned. I'm going to take all the components and fit them into a better quality case. It's a great idea, but built cheaply to maximise profit, with not care or thourght offered to the consumer.

Whomever quality checks these items needs a slap! Rubbish materials, weak plastic and it don’t work! If FoxAlien are putting their name on things like this then they really need to make sure they ruddy well work!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the switch to use with my Genmitsu PROVerXL 4030 V2 with a Dewalt Router D26200 (900 watts). I installed the switch according to the instructions. Weirdly, activating the spindle would turn on my vacuum but not the router. Even strangely, the LED of the Dewalt would turn on but not the router!? Tried both outlets: same results. The router works fine if switched on manually. I contacted FoxAlien support about this issue and received an initial response within 24 hours asking more info which I provided the same day including a photo and video showing the issue. Since then (more than a week) I have not heard from FoxAlien despite my hastener emails. Very disappointed with the product and the service. I shall warn my woodworker friends about avoiding this product and FoxAlien also to be honest.

Ich bin dankbar für das Smart Relay. Hatte Anfangs nicht verstanden wo der 710 Watt Router eingesteckt werden sollte. Dank Support war mein Problem mit dem Smart Relay und den 710 Watt Router sehr schnell gelöst. FoxAlien hat ein Hervorragendes Support. Werde weitere Artikel beim FoxAlien kaufen.
