I thought these would be a good idea to help with my swollen ankles. They were tight at the bottom edge & the instructions were very unclear & quite frightening, so I returned them.

After a hip operation, with some leg swelling, I've been using the pads for just over a week. My leg strength is improving, but I don't know how much this is is to do with the pads. I do know that they are easy to use and very relaxing. I'm sure they are helping.
