Fits snugly, minimal movement during trail runs. Easy to remove/replace soft flasks(had been more difficult on my previous Salomon 12L vest. Mesh zipped pockets are convenient but perhaps a little small for some phones. The outer front pockets taper to the sides and smaller items (jellies etc) can “disappear” into the bottom/side corner. Eyelets on right shoulder make it fully comparable with Salomon quiver for poles …. But not so compatible for other makes of quiver that do not have corresponding hooks.

Fantastic. I've bought many running packs and nothing compares to this.Plenty of compartments for easy access.Used on a ultra marathon. No movement and no rubbing, even when fully loaded. Highly recommend 10/10!

Absolute game changer on big mountain runs with enough pockets & storage space to carry everything You need,Coupled with the 2L hydration bladder this set up is absolutely amazing.Be carefull when ordering the correct size though,Initially thinking I was a large,The XL turned out to be a more comfortable fit.
