This is a life saver. It gives front and back support, easy to move around in and gave me that little more confidence to be able to complete little easy tasks whilst recovering from my surgery. I would recommend to all mums to be to think about adding this to you routine when at home. Great value for money and washes really well.

I love Frida products, however this one could do with a miss for me. Something to consider is that we are all shaped differently, so maybe my torso is too long?This profuct definately helped support my back, but once I start moving around it would ride up and the bottom of the belt would rub against where my cesarian incision is. So I'd take it off, a miss from Frida for me on this occasion. But definately a fan of this comoanies other products.

I found this one complete waste of money, it didn’t work for me at all. Although it looks really good quality, when you actually put it on you just can’t get the fit “right”, it is difficult to describe, but I just couldn’t get on with it. I thought that maybe I use it in a few days time, so I kept it, but at no stage of postpartum recovery it ever became comfortable. It was just way too rigid and bulky, I ended up using my pregnancy belt postpartum after my c-section, which was way cheaper and not quite right shape, not ideal but it still felt much more comfortable than this belt. I normally like Frida products, but this one was just wrong.

Used it after giving birth (VJJ)n from day 3 for about two weeks. Felt better wearing it in comparison with another cheaper version I bought off Bolo - this material was deffo better on my skin. Should have bought this from the start. The midwife does not have ang recommendations when it comes abdominal binders but I felt I needed some extra support particularly with a floppy belly. After a couple of weeks, my belly was not as floppy so I stopped using it.Helped slightly with my back pain as well.I would have given it 5 stars if it had more straps to be more malleable at the top.

I was disappointed with this product. The quality is great, it’s really well made, the fabric is nice, it feels soft and stretchy, it was comfortable when I tried it on. However, I couldn’t ever get it tight enough around my middle to get the kind of back support I needed. Perhaps because I am more on the petite side, it just felt way too loose even on the tightest setting. I think they should make it in different sizes instead of one size fits all.

After having my youngest , due to having to get and and carry on with life because of the other children I felt my tummy was going to fall off. With this it not only helped my tummy go down but also helped support my back and belly . It was comfortable to wear and adjusted as I got smaller .Definatly worth the money .

This post partum waist support band fits really well, it’s very sturdy, stays in place all day, is very comfy, doesn’t dig in and doesn’t lose its tightness as the day goes on. I felt very supported wearing this after my c section. Very easy to put on and to adjust to your preference. Would recommend
