Having received it I have to say I am impressed with it's appearance as well as performance, it is powerful and has a few options of operation and it's remote control, it is well worh the money. I recommend it totally. We fixed it together with no trouble but the instructions are not very detailed for a novice at DIY

Good product. Good in his work. Can contyeven in bed sue to remote control and have time setting as well which is very beneficial

This is not a good buy, noisy fan that’s gets noisier with higher settings but barely any increase in volume, of the three modes two are identical and utterly pointless so only the standard mode is usable, oscillation is juddery and narrow. Good points are it’s a doddle to assemble, base is a nice weight and remote useful. Do not recommend

****Update****Item was refunded. Company were very quick in responding to my review and also asking for more information. They provided a refund without being asked and seemed to appreciate the information i supplied. They definitely seem to care about excellent customer service. Was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I have used the fan for a few days and it definitely works and is a good fan. I stand by previous comments but will add that i am using in a bigger area of the house instead of my bedroom (will have to buy a quieter fan for here), and it works perfectly well for the bigger area during day time.- Previous review comments-Noise level quite high. Assembly not difficult but fiddly and the instructions are very unclear. Looks are mostly okay but there are scratches on plastic and the weight bottom is only a mould that a plastic cover just sits loosely on. A little dissatisfied as it’s too loud and strong for bedroom. But would be okay for a larger room. I wish the low setting was actually low as it’s still actually quite fast. Remote works well and is handy. Overall okay but definitely not a fan that one would consider quiet.

rubbish, loud, no wind, parts missing, seller unhelpful, Bolo need to sort out their sellers and keep an eye on the customer services.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!Since writing this review i finally got a good response, obviously someone with more common sense and the problem has been resolved.however I do feel I should not have been put through the stress this has caused me, but I am happy with the end result
