I first tried the small trial pack and quickly upgraded to the 60-gummy bottle — that’s how effective they are!They work like a charm — I fall asleep quickly, and the best part is they don’t affect the quality of my sleep at all. I don't normally write reviews, but these really have been life changing. I've been struggling with sleep for many years, never found anything that worked until this. For the first time in years, I've been consistently sleeping before midnight which used to be unheard of for me. I genuinely think this product works, all the ingredients are very good for you and they taste great! I did think it was quite expensive, I didn't have much hope when buying them but was willing to try anything at this point, I will now continue to buy them because it is very worth it. Highly recommend.

Only been taking them a week so don't know if they are actually working or it's just a placebo, but I have definitely seen a difference with my sleep. I'm now able to feel tired and sleep earlier than normal, the only problem is they have caused me to become even more of a deep sleeper which makes it difficult to wake up in the moring.The taste and texture are also nice, though it is a bit on the pricey side.

They definitely work and there are some very good ingredients such as magnesium and valerian root to support this. I am concerned about the ingredient GLYCINE which nourishes cancer cells. You will have to do your own research but, for me, as a breast cancer survivor I am deciding not to take it as I trust science which got me through cancer.

I've been using these for almost a year now and they really seem to work, they taste ok as well. I would recommend sucking on one 20 minutes before bed time as they will be absorbed in your stomach and gut quicker than chewing on them. Unrelated but I've found that getting rid of excess wind before bed is good as well, this relieves bloating and abdominal pressure enabling ones body to relax - my own theory but it's working!

They do make you sleepy and definitely help you get to sleep but they also have side effects. They can cause you to have vivid dreams and restless sleep. They also make you feel groggy in the morning.

They’ve been good help for me. They worked for a few months . But I think my adhd body got used to them and then things just wore off . My insomnia is bad again and I thought I would just use these until I’m able to see a doctor . But due to the price being expensive and I don’t think they’re working for me anymore I feel I need to stop . But they were good while they lasted and tasted nice :)

Use for my autistic son who is 5 he is prescribed melatonin from his peadiatrition but impossible to get him to take it. These gummies are just like sweets and he takes them no problem. Within a hour he is asleep. 10/10
