I cannot rave enough about this OBD2 scanner. It’s like carrying a mechanic in your pocket. Plug it in, open the app, and in seconds you get a complete health check of your car. Fault codes? I bought the AD20 Pro OBD2 Scanner in 2023, and it’s been absolutely brilliant. It’s quick, reliable, and incredibly easy to use — exactly what you want when diagnosing issues with your vehicle. The app interface is clear and intuitive, and the scanner itself has helped me catch and understand faults before they become bigger problems.What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. I recently needed to contact the manufacturer for support, and their response was outstanding. They were fast, friendly, and went out of their way to help me get my scanner back up and running. It's rare to find this level of care and professionalism these days.Highly recommended — great product, fantastic support, and peace of mind every time I plug it in!

Great OBD2 unit. Unfortunately it failed to clear the airbag warning lamp on my Audi A1.Before I bought the unit, I messaged the seller / manufacturer who assured me the OBD2 will clear the error code.After failing to clear the code, I contacted the seller again. The customer service was really good and for a while they liaised with their support staff. After a few attempts they either gave up or their IT support staff did.This meant this unit was not going to solve my issue, so I had no choice but to return it.On the positive side, you can monitor your cars performance and it's ideal for all sorts of information even if it's a bit excessive.

A nice handy little tool that I would fully recommend. I have used it a few times, just as I am quite paranoid about any potential faults with my newly purchased car. It has so far given me confidence that the car is in good shape. I think it’s provided accurate readings as, based on the actual car manufacturer testing, they also have found no issues on the car so the scanner is doing its parts.I would highly recommend this for someone looking to purchase a new car as part of their due diligence on the car and ensuring that it is in good condition.App interface is quite simple and lots of options available for the test you can do. Unfortunately my car has its obd port in an awkward location such that the scanner can’t really sit in and give live readings as I drive, so not been able to use the feature. It is a very small tool though, as shown by the picture using a small lip gloss for sizing reference. I would imagine most cars, it would fit in well.Nonetheless, the features I have used, it’s been very clear what’s going on and what it’s looking for.You get a lifetime account with this purchase so I would absolutely recommend.

Don’t buy this item unless you want to waste time contacting xtool support to reactivate the device.Chances are when you register and try to use you will probably get a message stating, “the device has been activated by others error.“This means you will not be able to use it useless you contact their support and provide them the device serial number and order number. They might also need request other information.I guess the aim is to ensure you can’t sell or pass the item on to anyone else!Check the customer feedback regarding this question and you will see why I have only given one star.Sending it back tomorrow!

Works extremely well. Has diagnosed MAF in my 530.Convenient with all you might need.I have a Foxwell NT604 but this Xtool is equally as good.

I bought the Xtool ad20 pro when i was going to buy a used and i wanted to make sure that vehicle has no problems or hidden faults codes and I’m happy that i bought it as i use it time to time to make sure that i stay on top of all the issues may rise. It’s a great tool and a must have tool. I recommend it to every car owner. It’s a bluetooth and easy to use.

This works OK and you are able to perform dtc scans etc. but not much function, and it is seeing errors were there are none but I'm checking a Mercedes and they don't play well. Also missing live data and no ability to for example force a dog Regen. So as I said it is OK for basic stuff and very easy to use. One more thing once it is in the diag socket OMG it is a bugger to get out it is rounded and slippy had to put on my rubber work gloves to wiggle it out even then it was a struggle...
Super Gerät!
Sehr gutes Diagnosegeräte. Bei meinem Auto wurde ein Fehler angezeigt, daher wollte ich es auslesen. Versand war super schnell und die App lies sich einfach auf dem Handy installieren. Die Anwendung ging sehr gut und ist gut zu verstehen. Man bekommt gut angezeigt, was nicht stimmt. Super ist auch, dass es recht klein ist und somit im Handschuhfach immer noch einen Platz hat. Alles in allem ein gutes Gerät zu einem gutem Preis! Kann ich jedem Empfehlen.
