I recently purchased the Bueno coffee machine, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I purchased this machine almost a year ago. I loved the software interface and it made good espresso. However, after 10 months of heavy use, the machine started freezing at the start up screen. I contacted the company for a warranty repair and they responded immediately. I was within the warranty period but beyond the usage limit (1000 servings). The company stood behind their product and fixed the problem anyway. Great customer support!

Se ve una cafetera muy profesional, pero después de 2 meses de uso, la temperatura no es suficientemente alta y la cantidad de café máxima no da el sabor o gusto del café como otras marcas antes probadas; la termino regresando por no cumplir con la calidad de café esperada

Love that the Cafe Bueno has all my favorite coffee drinks: Espresso, Lungo, Americano, Cappuccino, Macchiato, Latte, Latte Macchiato, & Flat White. Haven't been to Starbucks since I got this coffee machine. Anytime I had a question on settings & on how to do the descaling the company emailed me right away. Great Service.
