I’ve been sleeping better, feeling less tense, and even noticed stronger nails. They’re gentle on the stomach and easy to take daily. Definitely one of the best supplements I’ve tried for energy, sleep, and muscle support.

Product is great and definitely works for me. I stopped it for a couple of weeks and started getting a grating pain in my back. Started back on it and it went again. However, I’m a bit disappointed as I usually buy the 360 capsule version as it is much better value, but this wasn’t available this time. Hope the 360 version comes back soon or will probably have to look elsewhere.

I take Magnesium Glycinate to help with sleep and stress. It works very well for me and doesn't cause stomach upset.

I'm sure this is perfectly good as a Magnesium supplement but it is a bit confusing in the ad. It states 1024mg serving. What it doesnt tell you is that is with 2 tablets. So this 120 tablet tub will last 2 months. Bear that in mind when comparing other which are the same dose for 1 tablet. Bit of a con. Won't be buying again, will go back to my 90 tablet 1 a day product I used before at the same price.

I thought I was getting the advertised version, where you take 2 caps daily, instead I received a different version. 180 caps, take 3 daily. Confused as to the real amounts of magnesium I am taking since the labels give very different strengths. I am taking 2 caps (not 3) at night and have noticed better sleep.

This Magnesium Glycinate supplement has worked really well for me. It helps me relax at night and improves the quality of my sleep. I also noticed less muscle tension and better recovery after workouts. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach like other types of magnesium. Highly recommended if you want a gentle, effective supplement.
