I spotted this set of plugs plus matching screws and thought it would be worth a try and would save hunting around for the correct screw size. I was planning a job which I knew would require the mid-size DuoPower plug and these require a larger diameter screw.The plugs and screws are as expected - absolutely top-notch and the box of plugs with matching screws for each of the 3 plug sizes has proved to be very handy. These are best wall plugs on the market.HOWEVER: please note that the screws in this set require a Torx T20 screwdriver bit. As with all Torx screws no other bit will fit except the specified size, T20 in this case. These are still relatively uncommon in the UK. You might have acquired a selection of Torx bits in a general set of screw driver bits and never used them. They are the star-shaped screwdriver bits. For various reasons I have have encountered Torx screws more often recently and I will say that they offer a very secure fit, more so than Phillips or Posidrive. I believe this is the rationale of Torx screws - the bit never slips out of the screw.Anyway - a first class and very handy set of wall plugs and matching screws, just take note of the Torx requirement which is nowhere mentioned in the Bolo Listing or on the actual box. If you look carefully at the magnified image of the screws in one of the Listing images you might be forgiven for thinking these were Posidrive screws. I certainly did think that, so I wonder whether I might have been sent the T20 set by mistake.

Expensive but top quality fixing better than the Chinesium fixing that come with products, which may as well be made of cheese.

Good set including a mix of sizes matching the fixings to the plugs. All torx heads and work well with an impact driver.

We used them to hang a 30kg mirror on the wall. Buying this selection was the best decision because I have now material to hang whatever stuff I want for years. The box is so big, I can even share it with my family members and friends. However, it would be nice if they could provide longer screws for the bigger plugs because the kilograms the rawlplugs should hold is pretty high.

Have been using 'standard' wall plugs for some time and struggling with plaster board walls and in breeze block walls, due to the plug slipping, thus not fitting correctly due to the crumbly nature of both substances when drilled.These however are perfect, they fit in the wall and grip the the entrance and sit firmly when you begin to insert the screw, then as they expand you can feel the plug gripping and no longer just spins inside when you tighten, the screw now goes very tight and you can feel it gripping as your screwing it in.Item arrived very promptly and well packaged.

I love everything about these. The box, the sizes, I have complete confidence in these and using on plasterboard walls as well as brick. Brick has got tv, shelves etc and are very secure. Equally the plugs in the plasterboard are holding up. Only a couple of mirrors and a baby gate but again, seem completely secure. The guide on the back of the box is very handy as well and if you follow it you should be fine. I will only be buying these from now on and can recommend.

Great plugs these and the case is a bonus. Used to get the twist off ones and ended up with hundreds of them swimming around the bottom of my tool bag!The boxes can be clipped together too if you buy more.The plugs themselves are fine, used them before so knew I was buying quality. Not the cheapest but definitely one of the best out there

Best anchors made
Don’t waste money on any other anchors. I am a contractor for 40 years and these are by far the best anchors. Don’t use the anchors supplied by products you purchase, they are junk. These work extremely well in drywall, cement, block and almost every substrate I’ve tried them in.
