This is a wireless Bluetooth device that connects to your phone and allows you to access a wide range of features and functions through the app. You can scan the full system of your car, live data information, send commands to the car’s ECU for active testing, measure the performance of your car and get guidance on how to repair the faults. The device supports most vehicles produced from 1997 to 2022 that comply with the OBDII standard. When I plugged in to a 2003 Audi, I was surprised that it did an auto VIN to read the ECU which my previous dongle didn’t do where I had to search manually.The device is very well-built and sturdy, and it feels like a professional tool. It comes with a one-year free software update, which is a nice bonus. The app is easy to use and navigate, and it provides clear and detailed information. The device and the app work together seamlessly, and the Bluetooth connection is fast and stable using my Samsung Android phone. With the tool it found that the status LED light very useful which showed the power, bluetooth connectivity and a status/communications light.One thing to note is that when you plugin in the device to a vehicle, you will need to download the corresponding vehicles database/packages to the app which did take around 15 minutes on my connection.I think this is a fantastic OBD2 scanner for the money and the features. It does more than my previous dongle I used to use and it helps me save money and time on repairs in the longrun. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to do their own car diagnostics and maintenance or even understand faults that arise on vehicles before they take to a garage.I will keep reviewing this on other makes and models and see how I get on with those. I will update this review where required.

Easy to use and well made. Allowed me to diagnose, clear and verify a few errors. Easy to connect to my phone and has all the functionality that I need. Only worry is with the subscription model and whether my occasional use would merit a subscription.

This is a good product.It connects well with the car (BMW and Mercedes tested), and gives a very comprehensive breakdown, as well as real time running info.Also allows you to clear DTC codes, but unless the problem is fixed, they will re-occur.I used with an iPhone, and it worked seamlessly.No instructions included, but a huge number of non official YouTube videos which show you how to use it.Very competitively priced, but beware to use for longer than 1 year requires an ongoing subscription, which is why I knocked a star off.Overall a 5 star product, but beware of ongoing subscription requirements.

Excellent piece of kit. Used it on Ford, Nissan, Fiat, Jaguar. Quick and efficient to use. Clear information. The ability to send a report is great, or just to save it for reference.Some minor issues with non existent codes for Jaguar which aren’t faults, but a little investigation confirms this. The two way comms is also very helpful and useful as is the ability to read and investigate all modules. More service features would be nice, and rather than instructions to reset service indicators being able to do it electronically with comms to the ECU would be nice. Otherwise great bit of kit for the DIYer and a lot of professional use.

This is a great piece of Kit. It works very well and I am very pleased with this. Really easy to use and is very accurate with any issue it detects in cars, would highly recommend.

Wow what a spectacular rip off. The product itself is fine, although no beter than a £10 one! It's what happens after your year is up, if you want to use it again it'll now cost you another $49.99, and you can't use it unless you pay up, the device wont update and your downloads are gone. I'm not complaining that they cant charge for software updates but if you dont want or need them, removing your access to the old version that you'd previoulsy downloaded and paid for is, as I said to start with, a rip-off.

I recently got the TOPDON Topscan OBD2 Scanner, and I wanted to share my thoughts. I was initially a bit worried, but setting it up was surprisingly simple. It was just a matter of plugging it in and connecting it via Bluetooth to my phone, and the app guided me through the rest.Using the scanner has been straightforward, too. The app interface is pretty intuitive, even for someone like me. I was able to easily navigate and run diagnostics without feeling lost or confused. What impressed me most was how accurately it pinpointed issues. I even ran some of the reset functions, and they worked perfectly, clearing the fault codes without any hassle.The detailed reports it generates are also a great feature. I could clearly see what was going on with my car's systems and get a good understanding of the problems. It definitely made me feel more in control and knowledgeable about my vehicle's health. Overall, I'm really happy with the Topscan. It's user-friendly, accurate, and beneficial for anyone looking to diagnose and resolve car issues without needing to be a mechanic.

Kit doesn't fit my bmw port, had to buy an adapter as its housing was to big. Once up and running it was ok. Nothing special though, don't get carried by the online hype on YouTube. Also support is very slow at getting back to you. Still not had confirmation of the extended warranty.

Vraiment satisfait de ce boîtier OBD2 ! Très facile d’utilisation, même pour quelqu’un qui n’est pas expert en mécanique. Il m’a permis de lancer une régénération complète du FAP sur mon Alfa Romeo MiTo, et le résultat est impeccable : le filtre est maintenant propre et la voiture tourne parfaitement. L’application fonctionne bien, la connexion est rapide, et toutes les fonctions sont claires. Franchement, un excellent outil à avoir dans sa voiture !

He comprado varios modelos de distintos precios y marcas.... este es el único que va a la perfección y tiene un montón de utilidades y comprobaciones, puestas a cero y demás. producto genial, aunque lleva una suscripción anual y es un poco mas caro que otros, pero merece la pena sobradamente,, cómpralo!!!, no lo dudes, da resultados como en los talleres, me encanta.
