I have taken for 3 months now with good results. I am not fully pain free but huge improvement and no longer having to take anti- inflammators or pain killers.I understand best taken between meals on an empty stomach.Should add that I am also taking tumeric tablets with high circumin content so I can't be sure which is the greater benefit but I know that there was additional benefit when I added this product to the regular tumeric I take

I used this product in the hope it would reduce joint pain, improve joint function and help joint cartilage be repaired by my body, knees in particular. This was after 6 months of taking extra virgin olive oil as an anti-inflammatory agent that reduced pain and improved mobility. I have used the collagen II for 2 months, planning for 6 to 18 months, joint re-modelling time if you like. MRI scan repeated would be needed to show any change but I feel what I am taking is helping through improvements in walking (dead slow and stop have moved to slow and stop). Jury is still out, will tell you of progress if any, if Bolo allows, in one year.

I find it odd that the instructions on this supplement do not specify that it should be taken on an empty stomach to retain its bioactivity. If taken with food, it is likely to be partially digested by stomach acid and enzymes, essentially negating its intended benefit. If this was left out, can one trust the other info?

Why did you choose this product over others?:OA pain in knee, gave these a go and they have been brilliant. Pain gone. Please get them back in stock!!! Other brands not as effective!

I bought this product as I am already taking a supplement containing collagen type 1 and 3 .but not type.2 which supports.joints .Easy to take , only time ( or a bone.scan) .will tell how effective this is
