I bought these to help keep up my levels of vitamin D through the winter. What fantastic value! The dose is good, so you definitely don't need more than one daily making this a genuine year's supply. Due to the teeny tiny size of the tablets, a year's supply doesn't mean some enormous bottle or bag that you need to find somewhere to store either. Just a tough little pouch, small enough to go through your letterbox, and with a tough resealer at the top, so no worries that in 6 months time you'll be trying to find something suitable to decant all those little pills into.As an added bonus, the tiny size of these makes them almost unnoticeable to swallow. I find I can swallow even quite large pills fairly easily with some water, but I know this is an issue for some people who struggle with the large style ones, so worth mentioning here. I take these with a glass of water but honestly would have no problem swallowing them down without, they really are that weeny. Overall great purchase, very happy and would recommend this product.

The pouch seal is very very strong. Can be hard to open trying not to spill contents as vitamins tiny! Easy to swallow. No side effects. Can’t say I notice any difference taking vitamin D but I was recommended to take them.I had one before that had K2-MK7 but that gave me too higher levels in blood test so told to change to straight D3.

Nice small tablets to be easily swallowed. Sturdy pouch should last a while but maybe not the full year of a daily dose of one. Not to worry they can be decanted into a container. They should do the job of replacing the nutrients we lack as we have had miniscule amounts of sunshine this year.
