N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is important building blocks for antioxidant enzymes produced by the liver. i like this product so much. Correct dosage and excellent composition. High quality. Very convenient to use in a package.

Wasn't too happy, there was a smell as if the packet needed the silicone bag.

This is one of those supplements that I only became aware of a couple of years back; say 2020, or 2021.It is known to increase the production glutathione in the body which in itself may have a range of effects.Be sure to do your research to see if it is right for you.This supplement contains very few ingredients ( which is good). In the one-capsule -per-day dose, you get N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) at 600mg, Heypromellose (ie the capsule shell) and BioPterine, a trademarked type of black pepper extract. That's it.There are 90 capsules in the bag, so 90 days supply, and NAC is often recommended to use for a few months, before getting the full effect.I think six months on six months off would work for me, although I'd consider moving that forward if I'd had a viral illness etc in between.This pack has an expiry or best before date 3 years ahead, so you have plenty of time to use them. They are also halal certified and vegan.Worth giving a go.FIe stars.
