Their guidance through troubleshooting steps and effective solutions quickly resolved the adhesion issues, highlighting the excellent support service available.Once these initial hurdles were overcome, the X-Max 3 Plus truly demonstrated its value. It consistently delivers high-quality prints at impressive speeds, thanks to its Klipper firmware and sturdy mechanical design. The heated chamber is particularly advantageous for materials like ABS and ASA, as it significantly reduces warping and contributes to the production of strong, durable parts. My positive experience with this printer was so compelling that a second Qidi X-Max 3 Plus was ordered!

Fast Delivery. QIDI X-Max3 3D Printer.The 3D printer is Large and Heavy and Beautiful Built, solid as a rock.The print quality is the best I have ever seen, and I have owed 2 other3D printers but the quality was always substandard. I invested the QIDI printer and I have not a single regret, solidly made, robust and easy to set up, the screen gives you all the information you need, the slicer s/ware is also very intuitive and easily mastered.As stated, the print quality is brilliant, you could easily sell any print, the quality is that good. I use it for my Amateur Radio hobby and print stands for my radios as well as other requests from my friends. I have no problem in giving QIDI a full 5 star review for this printer and their great customer response, The company have been very helpful in giving me advice on how to get great prints from their printer, love the live Z axis adjustment when putting down the initial first layer print.

This was my 2nd 3D printer, having had and learned on an Anycubic Kobra. As my knowledge and skill had started to outstrip what my little Kobra could do, I started looking at a new printer. The benchmark in 3D printing circles for "top quality" has always been Bambu, and I was all set to buy one until I came across QIDI.I spent a long time doing research on what machine was best for me, and finally I decided to go with QIDI, and opted for the X Max 3. What a step up! This machine has been incredible. Mechanically it is sound, giving perfect prints of all types of materials and handling them all with ease. Compared to what I was used to, the speed of prints is unbelievable. It honestly will do anything I throw at it, with the only limitation being my design skills. To say I am impressed is an understatement. It's such a joy to print with this machine.One thing that really swayed me on my decision to buy this was the reputation QIDI have for customer service. I have inevitably needed to reach out to customer support for help a couple of times. Each time, Linda has been brilliant and really thorough in helping me figure out a solution to my issues. None of them have been extensive problems or mechanical failures - despite the price, these are really well made - but I have had parts sent out FOC that have arrived in a matter of days. They really look after you and honour their warranty. I have 2 QIDI machines now and can attest to that in both cases.There are extensive mods and upgrades that can be done, and I've done a few of them on my machine just to really dial it in. But honestly, this will print out of the box pretty near to perfectly as it is. And for this price point, I really don't think anything can touch it.
