I have been supplementing with nootropics for several years. I have been in higher education for the last five and have had spectacular results, even though I am not a spring chicken anymore. Furthermore, my daily job requires much research, writing, and conferences; hence, I need a boost in cognitive power. Albeit my work is mentally consuming, I enjoy what I do.I ordered the QSTA Nootropic and Ashwagandha supplements together. I have been taking Ashwagandha for over a year. As an adaptogenic herb, it has helped me immensely with my anxiety, stress, and agitation. I have consistently taken mine in the morning after breakfast to reduce the cortisol pumping. The two combined products offer me pure natural ingredients and other proprietary blends and extracts that improve my cognitive processes.Contrary to the advice, I only take one capsule daily due to taking other nootropic products containing some of the listed ingredients and choline. It would be a waste to take two. I am happy with the quality and purity of the ingredients and natural extracts, given that I have researched intensely and taken each individually before starting this blend. Momentarily, I am very pleased with the Ashwagandha and Nootropic mix, creating adequate conditions for sustained and calm work.

I want to reduce my coffee intake, but with my work, I need to be up, and ready mentally, and I must have something that is waking up my brain.The recommendation is to take 1 or 2 tablets a day. I am taking 2 tablets a day in the morning, so this bottle will last me for 30 days.I am happy that I have reduced my coffee drinking in the morning, by two cups. I feel the same, so these tablets are working for my mental clarity, without staining my teeth as coffee does. I think they are very good, if you want to reduce coffee drinking, or if you do not like coffee in general, but need a pick-me-up solution that is not an energy drink. These are a much healthier option for me.The tablets are easy to swallow and do not have any aftertaste, so I am happy to start my day with them.They are a little expensive, for a monthly supplement, but I am happy with their effects so I am not complaining.

Firstly, the energy increase was evident. This consistent energy lift was refreshing and lasted all day.I could concentrate better on tasks at work or during leisure activities, resulting in increased productivity and a greater sense of achievement. Memory also got better. However, it is a bit expensive, hence 4 stars.

Ho provato questo nootropico con formula avanzata durante il periodo degli esami, e devo dire che è stato un vero alleato. Kurz und Knapp...wirkt bei mir wirklich, was ich eigentlich bezweiflt hatte, wollte es jedoch trotzdem mal probieren, wie so viele andere Kapseln davor. Wobei bei den anderen bisher außer Spesen nichts positives passiert ist. Bei dem hier genannten Artikel bin ich hingegen absolut zufrieden und nach langem suchen, habe ich endlich Hilfe in Form dieser Kapseln bekommen. Vielleicht ist es ja auch nur ein plazebo Effekt... egal, bei mir wirkt der Artikel und endlich habe ich wieder mehr Kraft den Alltag zu bewältigen, anstatt mich nur müde und ausgepauert zu fühlen. Es ist kein Zaubermittel...aber unterstützt mich sehr, daher klare Kaufempfehlung.
