The heat level is great and it heats up fast, it’s comfortable to wear and easy to use. Seems high quality and durable as far as I can tell, and it charges relatively quickly. You’re supposed to wear it over a thin layer which isn’t always easy, so a thicker pad might be good. In terms of occasional use for period pain I think it’s great and for that reason I’m giving 5 stars.However because I have constant pain I have to work around some issues, so I thought I’d explain for others in the same position. It turns off every half hour which is irritating (if probably sensible) and I don’t notice till it starts cooling. Given that I’m starting it so often it’s a bit annoying that it doesn’t remember the last heat setting. It also doesn’t last more than a few hours with constant use, so I’ve ended up buying two- the good news is that one will charge in the time it takes for the other to run down. So I would recommend it but bear that lot in mind.

Excellent! Very comfortable and easy to set up. Helps me with cramps. I used to use hot water bottle, which used to burn me. This device has very good temperature regulation and I love that I can do things while I wear it.

Portable, rechargeable, super slim and comfortable, lasts for ages on a charge, auto cut out after 30 mins, the heat doesn’t fade like a microwaved bag so it’s more intense. Several heat settings and I haven’t needed anywhere near maximum setting. For the price I’m delighted, I only bother to review things when they’re very good or very bad. Also has 5 vibration settings, these are rather lacklustre, bit like having a mobile phone vibrating on your back but the heat alone is well worth the purchase.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I have suspected Endometriosis (not yet diagnosed) and recently I have been getting extremely painful periods; back pain, lower abdominal pain etc and heard that heat can help with this.I got this to see if it would help and to be honest, it did help a little bit! Since my pain is so severe, it didn’t completely relieve the pain but I didn’t expect it to but it definitely gave me a little bit of relief. The heat is good, it can reach up to 155 degrees Fahrenheit (I think) which is pretty hot! I’m yet to try out the vibration feature.Only downsides are is turns off after 30 minutes (but I guess that’s a safety feature to avoid overuse) and it runs out of charge pretty fast. It comes with a charger wire but not a plug. It also takes a little while to charge but not too long.Another positive to this product is I am on the larger size and still, the band fits fully around my waist and feels pretty comfortable!I definitely recommend this product! Nice and thin, fairly discreet when wearing underneath a shirt or jacket.Design:Nice and thin, fairly discreet when wearing underneath a shirt or jacket.Comfort:Waist band fits around larger people and still feels comfortable. It is cushioned at the back to avoid burns.Quality:Good quality, doesn’t seem cheap and doesn’t feel as though it will break easily.

Amazing Device!
The is heating pad is amazing, heats up really well and the vibration setting is very nice. I have endometriosis and I would highly recommend this to ease pain and tension. It’s super easy to use, the band is very stretchy and would fit a wide range of people and it’s very comfortable to wear. The higher vibration settings are a little loud but it really doesn’t bother me, the positives of this device far outweigh this.
