These heel pads have added to the comfort of some much loved hiking shoes. I didn't remove the insoles, so maybe they were a little bit too thick, but I expect with time they will flatten a bit. The only minor issue is that they the self-adhesive did not stick, but that means I can remove them anytime I want, which might be an advantage.

Really good, supportive, thick half insoles. I suffer with knee issues & also occasional plantar fasciitis so these insoles are essential in all my shoes/boots. These ones are thicker & more sturdy than others bought but please note this also means for tighter/slimmer shoes it may mean the overall fit of the shoe is affected.

I’ve got this product. It fits very easy into the shoe. Very good quality is helped amazingly to reduce my pain in my lower corner of my heal
Works well to prevent my heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis from coming back

Besides the flex/point exercises and rolling my arch along an iced water bottle, I find arch and heel inserts helpful.These are really the back end of foot inserts (heel with slight arch). As soon as I inserted these heel cushions in place, provided cushioning to my heels and a slight arch that is very comforting. These are heavy and supportive. The material on the bottom self-adheres a bit to the right shoe. However, since I use these in my fur slippers, it does not adhere.At the current price of $13.99, these are competitively priced and provide excellent heel cushioning. The only negative is that inserts like these sometimes make my feet come out of my shoes because it raises my heel.

Tras varios días de un uso continuo, de todas las taloneras que he probado esta ha sido la más efectiva, acolchado de goma amortigua lo justo para no hundirse ni sentirlo incómodo, y al tener una pequeña prolongación más allá del punto de apoyo del talón rellena el hueco del pie y reparte mejor peso aliviando puntos de presión, no se mueve y permanece fija con movimiento del pie. De momento muy recomendable.
