5.0 out of 5 stars An ideal trouser pocket torch.
Amongst my numerous pocket torches, this one from Fenix is the one I most like to slip into my jeans pocket. Its small enough to not be uncomfortable to carry, yet heavy enough to not drop out when sitting down, though it would benifit from a pocket clip in looser fitting clothes. . It will even fit into the 5th pocket on some jeans without being uncomfortable. The metal body gives it a great feel in the hand and is quite substantial in build quality. The 4 light levels make it useful in most circumstances, and the highest level is quite remarkable in that it will illuminate a wide area to a respectable range, though using level 3 is more than adequate for most purposes and obviously increases the battery run time between charges. Its perhaps slightly too heavy for a car keyring torch for some folk, but in any other circumstances, its a great tool and I have no issues in recommending anyone looking for a robust rechargeable pocket torch to have a look at this E03R V2.0.

Positives: Very bright, compact and lightweight torch that easily fits on a set of keys.Battery life is relatively short on maximum brightness but the ease and availability of USB-C charging largely negates this.Beam throw is surprisingly good for a torch of this size.There are a few negatives:- a lot of features crammed in, with a single switch makes usage fairly complex.- you can't access the red LED without first turning on the white LED, this sort of defeats the point of the red LED (you need to cover the front of the torch to avoid blinding yourself).- the lowest level on the white LED (5 lumens) is the same as the red LED. I would've liked to see a lower brightness (1-2 lumens) instead.

BOUGHT THIS FOR OUR HOLIDAYS TO GREECE, WHERE IT CAN GET VERY DARK GOING BACK TO THE HOTEL.EXPENSIVE WEE TORCH, BUT IT'S A QUALITY ITEM AND VERY BRIGHT WITH LOTS OF FUNCTIONS. ALSO HAS A NIGHT LIGHT FUNCTION, SO YOU CAN LEAVE ON LOW, WHILE CHARGING. VERY HANDY FOR THOSE VISITS TO THE TOILET IN THE WEE SMALL HOURS! TINY BUT VERY EFFECTIVE AND LIGHT. I RECOMMEND THIS 100%.

Great little torch, very bright, lightweight and tiny. Some people mentioned that the user interface is tricky, but if you spend 5 minutes playing with it then it becomes very intuitive. The light beam pattern also makes it great for walking and lighting up dark pathways etc, which is what I bought it for. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a compact keychain torch.

Great light for it's size, only fault I have with it is on the packaging it says 30hours.. is that 30hours use on the brightest setting or the lowest? I used it at work and noticed the brightest light does get dimmer after only a few uses throughout the day being used on and off so definitely misleading. Wasn't used for even an hour and was fully charged.

Top quality in a small package, a very powerful torch that really can be with you all the time. I have used this torch almost every day because it is with me. The version 2 is so much more than first E03R . Two separate LED projector lights in both White and Red, even a red flashing light for walking dark roads. Together with the ability to lock the switch off and check charge levels

Really strong rays
Totally usefull utility. As mentioned by others, it rarely gets switched on in the pocket. Your leg feels the heat and that is the way you come to know about it or someone else noticed the glow in the pocket. However, you eventually learn how to place it in the pocket.
