Just to warn people, while this jar lists itself as a 3 L jar, 3 L is actually the volume of the box it comes in, not of the jar. The jar itself is closer to 1.5 L. It’s quite frustrating, as I’d planned for a 3 L jar, but that’s not what this is. 14 cm x 14 cm x 14 cm = 2940 cm^3, i.e., 2.9 L, if the jar was a solid cuboid. However, the jar is spherical, so the volume is closer to 4/3 * pi * (7 cm)^3, which is 1.4 litres. Very very disappointed, as this jar is not suitable for what I had planned for it. I hope the seller amends the listing so that the volume is actually listed correctly.

Packaged carefully, but felt so light, it seemed like plastic. The most paper thin glass I've ever come across. Broke whilst planting with the stones at the bottom, despite being super careful. Tapped it gently on thick towel to shift stone and broke instantly. Rally dangerous due to being razor sharp, ridiculously thin glass.Don't buy, not appropriate for a any use.

I ordered the Happyyami Home Decor Round Glass Jar Terrarium. This arrived well packaged. It is made of very thin glass with a cork lid. It is definitely not 3 litres, I have filled it with water to measure it and it is 1850ml so just under 2 litres in capacity. It is very delicate, but great as my mini terrarium. I can only just fit my hand in through the top, so I am using long tweezers to arrange everything. It is a great terrarium, but I would prefer it to have thicker glass.

I received this item via the vine programme and here is my honest and unbiased review.I like a nice glass jar as much as the next person, but I am very underwhelmed with this.1. It is not 3l as stated, it is under 2l.2. Glass is incredibly thin, and I feel will break very easily.3. You cannot get your hand in, so need to use long tweezers to set it up as a terrarium, but metal hitting very thin glass will cause problems and may even crack the glass.NOT a good jar as a terrarium.I will also say that the price of £18.59 is daylight robbery. This is absolutely far too much for this.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!2 stars
