Arrival parcel time was swift. Whilst the capsule is large - 1000mg, it is shaped to allow for ease of swallowing. I've been taking 1 a day for less than a week and the stiffness I have been experiencing in my shoulders has reduced slightly. It's too early to tell if the stiffness will go entirely but I'm hopeful. And of course I'm receiving all the other benefits of taking pure cod liver oil.
