Excellent application for both foundation and I presume face painting (although I haven’t used them for this purpose) Huge bumper pack, making them great value for money. Expand effortlessly in water (make sure you squeeze out fully) slightly damp, apply foundation for a flawless look, pouncing out. Good quality wedge sponges that initially look quite small, but double in size once soaked, great for concealer around the eye area, really good blending capability. I love these. You get so many that you don’t need to restock for a good while and it ensures that everything is very hygienic and you can swap out regularly. They are super soft and feel like velvet against the skin. No more streaking foundation or caked brushes that need regularly washing, nice and easy option that provides flawless cover with my favourite foundation.

I bought this for Halloween fancy dress makeup. The wedges are tough to separate but do the job.
When you receive them they're all stuck together
So you have to pull them apart yourself which leaves you with some rough textures here and there as opposed to the smooth sponges I'm used to, not too big of an issue but it's noticable
