An excellent writing instrument, a beautiful ink flow through a well engineered smooth nib [ no running in required ] and got to say a slight edge over my older pricier brands. Especially like the choice of filling options and function. The overall design is pleasing , tasteful not over stated . Pleased with this purchase .

Pros:1. Great and smooth F nib, writes well2. Screwed-on converter that makes it easy to fill the ink and carry the pen without rattling3. Chrome finish is sleekCons:1. Hope they can have more designs or metal material options in the future (eg. titanium or more)2. The logo engraving on the top of the cap is not very clear, however acceptable at its price range

This looks and feels premium and I think it was great value. Really heavy compared to my other pens but this is to be expected for a solid metal body.

I am so happy with my Scriveiner fountain pen. It is solid, flowing, and reliable. I often get comments about it, and when friends write with it, they love what it does.This pen may be the best I've ever had.The pen is great, but the customer service at Scriveiner is by far the most helpful, genuine, and empathetic contact with any business I've ever had.

So good I brought both (rollerball & fountain)They look as good as they write, great attention to detail, they have a lovely weight to them but still not heavy, the weight reflects the solid quality of these pens, people who know pens will notice the parts which make these pens superior.Schmidt nib and Schmidt ceramic roller ball refill (re branded scrivener) but they are Schmidt which are extremely high quality, a German company who produce the highest quality.Don’t be fooled because scrivener isn’t a super well known make yet , they will be and the prices will rocket, scrivener is definitely a hidden gem,Don’t keep thinking about it, get it 😁

Absolutely love this pen. Smooth writing and ink flow amazing. I am lefthanded and it works so well. The pen has a lovely, balanced weight and is comfortable to hold. You do not have to "press" down on nib as it all works beautifully. It definitely is better for the handwriting too! Worth the price. Thank you Scriveiner. Oh yes, it comes in a beautiful box with two extra ink cartridges as well as an ink converter and easy to understand imstructions. Nib is medium, which I prefer, but I think you can order one with a fine nib or even order extra nibs.

I like my fountain pens. I have pens more expensive than this at the £100+ price point. But I can't say they're any better. This one seems precision tooled. I particular like the fact that the ink converter is a good size and screws into its slot (as opposed to being simply pushed in like at least oneof my more expensive pens). This makes ink filling less messy. It writes well and feels good in the hand. It's become my go-to pen. Minor quibble - could probably improve the nib slightly - but then I guess it wouldn't be at this price point.

The pen had some difficulty arriving as the address was not printed legibaly on the package so the postman really had his work cut out for him. The pen is very aesthetically pleasing and certainly merits lots of praise. If I was to choose a nib again I would select fine as the ink is running down too quickly with the medium size. I believe the medium nib is slightly too wide for the general everyday writer, a fine nib would be a better choice. Overall it is a heavy, stylish pen with good build quality.

My first fountain pen was the Kaweco Sport. I loved the compact style and the ability to throw it in my pocket and not worry about it leaking.Last year, I was starting a new phase in life and thought I would commemorate it with a nicer pen, found this one and it fit the bill nicely. It wrote smoothly, was balanced, looked classy, and had some heft while keeping the compact size and the security to carry it the same as my favorite Kaweco.While my pen collection grew, I kept this one as my daily driver and it never left my notebook. From the beginning I noticed that when I would twist off the cap it would slightly open the ink chamber as well, I thought it was user error, but it kept occurring.Last month I contacted the company to see if there was a quick fix to keep this from happening. With in 10 minutes, a representative contacted me back, diagnosed the issue and started the process of sending me a new pen. My new one works perfectly and has no signs of the same issue.I love the pen, but this company has done even better standing behind their products.Additional Thoughts:In the pen forums, I have seen many saying that this is just a repackaged and marked up cheap pen and to just get the Hongdian at half the price. While they are similar, they are completely different. I do like the rubber ring at one of the threads to keep it better sealed, but otherwise, the EDC is a much petter pen.This became clear when I accidentally washed a Hongdian in my pocket the other day and when I pulled the it out, my hand was covered in ink. Water was dripping from the finial and when I opened it up and blew into the cap, I found out it was not air tight. I tried this on my Scriveners and they didn't budge a bit. I feel much more comfortable carrying these on a daily basis.

Der Füller wirkt nicht nur, sondern ist auch hochwertig in wirklich jedem Aspekt - Der full body aus Edelstahl sieht sehr schick aus und auch die Funktionalität, die Kappe vorne oder hinten aufzuschrauben, ist toll. Schreiben lässt sich butterweich.Zusätzlich ist zu erwähnen, dass der Support top ist. Schnelle, freundliche und hilfreiche Antworten!

J'écris au stylo plume depuis mes années collèges (ça fait loin là maintenant). Waterman, Parker et Lamy.J'ai toujours eu des cartouches et des pistons (noire, même violet à une époque). La pointe de mes plumes a toujours été "plume fine" ou "plume moyenne" et selon ce que j'ai à écrire et sur quoi.Aujourd'hui, je reçois ce stylo plume et là, je passe à un autre niveau.Le coffret (boite rectangulaire en 2 parties) est d'un très joli noir avec l'écriture "or" de la marque sur le dessus.En ouvrant, j'ai eu l'effet Waouh.. Le stylo est soigneusement rangé sur un écrin. A ce niveau je confirme le côté "luxe" de ce stylo. En soulevant le dessus de l'écrin, on trouve, sous l'écrin, une pochette avec 2 cartouches, cartouches que je laisse là car je vais utiliser le piston installé dans le stylo plume. Une chiffonnette est présente pour nettoyer le stylo. (je n'avais ça que pour mes lunettes).Le design du stylo est en 2 parties. Le bouchon et le corps du stylo. Le bouchon est d'une seule taille, avec 2 couleurs et le nom de la marque sur la bague du bouchon, quant à la taille du corps du stylo, elle est de taille unique entre la plume et son extrémité. La partie où l'on pose le pouce et l'index (pour moi) est travaillée pour éviter qu'il ne glisse.En prenant le stylo en main, je sens bien la différence entre ce stylo et ceux que j'ai depuis des années. Sa taille est entre petit et moyen (un peu plus petit qu'un plume Waterman classique). Ce qui fait étrange et original c'est le bouchon. Il est grand. Il se visse et le bas du bouchon arrive à la moitié du corps du stylo.. pour moi, je trouve cela élégant, cela donne un style "à part" des autres stylo.Après avoir chargé l'encre dans le piston (j'utilise de l'encre noire, Perle Noire de chez J. Herbin), direction le premier test d'écriture. La plume est de toute beauté, brillante. Mon test d'écriture se fera sur un bloc "Oxford", j'aime bien leur type de qualité de papier. L'encre est arrivée tout de suite (après avoir tourné le piston pour amorcer évidemment), et là, aucun problème de démarrage. J'ai pu écrire tout de suite, sans aucun problème d'écoulement d'encre, aucun blanc à l'écriture. La pointe n'accroche absolument pas, elle glisse toute seule. La sensation est vraiment agréable (confirmée par mon épouse qu'il a essayé). Cette plume donne un style d'écriture que j'apprécie vraiment bien, presque une nouveauté pour moi.Le poids du stylo se fait sentir côté plume. Rien d'exagéré, ni de gênant (juste un peu sur les 3/4 premiers mots, mais c'est une question d'habitude).Dans l'ensemble, le poids du stylo est bien équilibré et tient bien dans la main. Sa taille fait qu'il reste bien calé sur la main (pouce/index).A voir son vieillissement dans le temps mais pour une première (stylo plume de luxe) je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat (je me prendrai bien celui en cuivre mais le tarif...) et si je devais en offrir un à quelqu'un je choisirai le même.En conclusion, si vous écrivez souvent au stylo plume, je conseillerai ce stylo si :- vous voulez vous faire plaisir, prendre plaisir à écrire- vous avez un cadeau à faire à une personne qui aime l'écriture.. au stylo plume évidemment :-)
