I wanted to create my own dig kit with real fossils and these are absolutely perfect! There are lots of medium pieces, tiny ones and some larger ones, but almost all of them look distinctive and not like a lump of rock. I am in love with the Crinoid Star so cute and tiny! I'm buying another pack to have even more for my kids to collect and sort. Thanks!

The packaging is quite large, but having opened they for Christmas we were all a little disappointed. I brought a different brand one for one of my other sons and the fossils were much larger for the similar price.
