bought this after the missus got the wrong one from temu.this is really good. the heater comes out of the middle outlet. the others are for show as far as i can tell. the remote works well and has a good selection of colours for the flame. the flame effect is good.very easy to use and operate well worth the purchase

Have been looking for a wall mounted fire for some time to no avail and some are really expensive This fire is fantastic for money (under £200) It is the perfect size for our room, easy to use, fairly quiet and easy to install It has logs or crystals and different colour options, 2 heat settings, remote control etc It is aesthetically pleasing Very happy with our purchase 👍

The media could not be loaded. Love this fire!! It does everything it says on the box and more, the colour changes are amazing and I love the crystals although may change it to the log effect in the winter, it's not at all noisy like some electric fires and easy to use with the remote control, pics don't do it justice and the sturdiness and quality is %100, I'm very happy with my purchase 😀

Loving the fake flames - really cozy. But the mini fan heater shuts off really quickly and doesn't really heat a room.

Absolutely beautiful - we used it throughout the winter. A special ambience in the room, amazing colour options, great features - thermostat and brightness. We use it as a free standing on a rustic scaffolding type wood. We have not used the crystal type ornaments - we use the wood effect. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Great looking fire for the price, easy to fix in recess. Nice choice of colour flame, flame looks good too.

This is a fantastic fire. After building a media wall I wanted something that didn't cost so much I had to re-mortgage my house but looked real. Looked at so many over different sites I was fire in the brain. Checked Bolo and this beauty popped up. Comes with the logs and the crystal for a more modern look. I'm more of a traditional girl. Different settings for colour and heat. I have to say it's brilliant
