Parfait! Cette machine à glaçons est hyper rapide, en 10 minutes j'ai assez de glaçons pour 4 personnes, idéal quand quelqu'un arrive à l'improviste. L'appareil est relativement silencieux, comme le bruit d'un petit frigo. Le design est vraiment joli, avec une poignée chromée ce qui en gâche rien. Le fonctionnement est hyper simple avec deux tailles possibles de glaçons. L'accès à la cuve pour le nettoyage est très facile. Bref je suis ravie: simplicité, efficacité.

UPD: Bolo refused to solve this situation and told me to solve it with the seller. The seller decided to offer a replacement without my consent even though the initial offer was either a refund or a replacement. I have never received either. No refund has been issued, no replacement has been sent. Horrible service on both sides, don’t ever buy anything from sellers here because Bolo will just tell you to FF and avoid Klarstein at all cost!Looks nice and worked well until it didn’t. I sent the item back to the seller and have not received any refund. It’s been almost a month. They don’t reply to messages, even from Bolo. In turn, Bolo hasn’t been able to help and hasn’t done anything besides sending messages to the seller to which there are no replies. I was even told there was nothing they could do. I lost money. My partner lost his gift. Don’t ever buy anything from Klarstein.
