Tamiya Extra Thin model cement is used to glue together plastic model kits that use polystyrene plastic. No crevice is too small for this flowing adhesive; it was developed to flow into and stick the small spaces between two plastic parts which have been pre-fitted to one another. Furthermore, the extra thin formula allows the modeller to glue together small pieces that require pinpoint accuracy and finesse.

God's Gift to Gunpla Builders with Stupid Hands Disorder
I got into Gunpla a few months back, and got myself an assembly of tools. Glass files, sandpaper, polishing stones, nippers, tweezers, the works. One thing someone recommended to me though was this little green glass container, telling me it was borderline necessary if I was going to stay in the hobby long term.He was right. This thing is a godsend.TAMIYA Quick-Dry Cement is an excellent "oh crap" fixit option for broken pieces. If you mess up the assembly of a piece or your part separator gets a bit violent, this stuff will almost uniformly fix it. Pop open the cap, dab a little on the broken zone, hold for a minute, and presto, the part is fixed. It is extremely hard to tell that a part has broken when using this stuff, thanks to its clear coloration.The only problem with this stuff is it's powerful, paint-thinner like aroma. Even with the cap fastened tight this stuff smells really pungent, so I usually keep it in a ziplock bag and wrapped in paper towels to prevent leakage, and then keep it far away from my major work area unless I need it.If you're a longtime builder, you really should keep a jar of this stuff handy at all times.
