Keeping the T levels at optimal levels should be encouraged as it can stop some major issues associated with ageing and lower testosterone, from cropping up.As someone who has been involved in the supplement business for many years, I usually suggest a dose of Tribulus. The problem with Tribulus in the UK is finding a potent and standardised product with a good quality active ingredient. The only one I trust is one made by Sophapharma and is made in Bulgaria to a pharmaceutical standard. Sadly this is no longer available in the UK (thank you Brexit). D Aspartic Acid is also very good at stimulating T, but it can lead to stomach cramping in those with IBS-type problems.This product has some added ingredients that will help with circulation, blood flow and ED. Fenugreek is excellent and it has a great dual effect on keeping Blood Sugars regulated, so for anyone with T2 Diabetes, fenugreek is a great addition. Ginseng is also a good product to stimulate T. L Arginine helps blood flow and so aids ED. Zinc is essential to help T, but it must be balanced with copper if you take too much. This product also contains a Macca extract that is strong. It helps energy, and libido and can have an effect on Blood Sugar if you have T2 Diabetes. So does it work?If you take this on a daily basis you do feel some changes. It took about 3 days for me to feel the full effect. When it does kick in, it has a great effect and you will feel much more enlivened. Whilst it's not going to be life-changing, it will help boost your libido and help you get the urge a bit more. I am therefore happy to recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I would like to mention that these pills gives you headache for the first week. I reduced the amount from 3 to 2 just to see if there is any difference. I can say that the headache is gone and they give you a good performance. Thanks

The product is not suitable for me, after taking for a few day I suffer headaches. When I stop taking them the headaches disappear.

I'm usually a bit dismissive of these all-in-one supplements that promise to deliver all sorts of magical benefits by giving you minute doses of all the buzzword ingredients, but these CLAV Strong capsules might have something, though maybe not everything they promise. None of the active ingredients is here in very significant quantities (there isn't room in the capsules!) but you get quite an impressive range of ingredients meant to aid men's health, potency and well-being. I've tried many of these as individual supplements with varying success, many of them do nothing much at all for me while others seem to have a direct benefit. Of course it could all be a placebo effect, so take this with a pinch of low-sodium salt.These capsules do seem to have a general tonic effect, I feel a bit more active and dynamic without feeling hyped-up. I can't say my libido has been much changed, maybe it doesn't need to be. They'd be worth a try if you feel the need of a boost but if they work for you I'd be tempted to then seek out and try some of the active ingredients individually, many of them are much cheaper to buy individually than this combo-supplement, but this is a good first step.

When I first see these black strong maca root capsules listed, they really stood out to me and I wanted to try them.These capsules have a lot of good quality ingredients in them, and they look to have specifically designed & blended for a good purpose that I could certainly benefit from.They are free from GMO and undesirable additives, along with being 100% vegan friendly, which gets massive ticks in my book.Unfortunately, I'm unable to fully test this product myself because I got the product sent to a different address by mistake, and royal mail refuse to send me the item. But I still have to leave this review but I plan on purchasing more of these capsules & putting them to the test because they really do look like a 5* product.I will come back and edit my review once I've had the chance to test them fully. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have read good things about Macca roots and the benefits it offers, so I have decided to give these supplements a go. After taking these for almost 2 weeks now, there have been some noticeable changes in my mental and physical well-being wherein I do feel more relaxed & energetic, which is great and encouraging. It also seems to have kick my libido back in again, which is wonderful.The capsules are standard size and easy enough to swallow. You get 90 capsules in the bottle, but since the recommended dose is 3 capsules per day, this is only 1 months’ supply which, at £29.90 (price at the time of writing this review), some people may find a little too expensive.Overall, I will continue on taking these supplements due to its natural ingredients and the fact that it is vegan-friendly.
