Use hot to help relieve muscular pain and joint stiffness, or use cold to help reduce swelling and inflammation after minor sprains, strains, bumps, knocks and sports injuries. The pack remains hot or cold for up to 30 minutes and is reusable, making it a convenient alternative to disposable cold packs.
For hot use, place the pack in a microwave and heat for 20 seconds at 850W. Massage the pack to disperse the heat evenly, then continue heating in 5 second intervals if required.
