Pain combating with hot and cold 👍🏻

Item was ok when frozen but split 3rd time it's was heated. Second time it has happened with this type of pack. Would probably be advisible not to overheat.

Very handy to have in the house. Easy to use and store when not in use. Love the way it had both hot and cool side at the same time. Stuck in the freezer if you want an icepack out in the microwave if you want a hot pack.

C'est juste qu'il y a une face bleue et une face rouge ;)
