I use it daily now. I am 160 pound and it is very stable. Rolling clockwise, it would extend the bar. When you grab the bar, you need to consider the direction. If you grab in opposite direction, the bar would be loosen. Not difficult to understand when you get the bar. If you are very heavy in weight, you can use the extra parts provided to fix it firmly at the door side. Great quality for the price paid.

Perfect screws into the wall it’s comfy for your hands if you don’t want to screw it in a wall just a couple twist then it’s nice and sturdy can hold my wait good to gain muscle nice and functional perfect for good fitness

Interesting product. The design is essentially a hollow pole (the part you hold on to) with a long threaded rod running inside of it which screws inside the other two smaller poles with ends (the two poles which touch the wall)You have to screw it constantly to get any extension so may take some time, i thought it felt more secure this way as it is threaded on no matter how far you extend it. BUT…Once secured onto my archway, (with plenty of wiggle room to screw it in extra tight I didn’t mind if it was uneven, just wanted it secure) I went to test to see if it would hold my weight.The small change of angle from holding it whilst standing, to holding it whilst hanging unscrewed it a TINY bit, but the pole completely came loose.Remember, the poles attatching to the wall were really tight, but the part you hold on to is completely independent and will rotate and there is no way to lock this in place which is q huge design flaw- the sole use (gripping the bar) makes the whole mechanism (a screw) redundant!Not suitable for someone changing grip angles whilst doing Pullups, etc. AKA, the only reason you would buy this.

Still going strong. We have had this for around a year now and it’s still holding up. We all use it and my son’s friends often have a go too. Easy to install and long lasting.Just make sure You to re-tighten it now and again.

Well packaged, clear instructions, easy to fit. The only problem is that it flexes disconcertingly when in use - not enough to pop out of the supports but enough to undermine confidence.Might not be an issue for a smaller person. I'm on the 95th centile for weight!

Good one. Can’t drill on the door sill, it holds the weight perfectly and fits tightly. The only thing that bothers is the bar twists and loosens so my son just has to remember to do pull up on the other side so it doesn’t get shorter and loosens. Not a major issue.
