Hmm, The good I had to return the first unit. Completely my fault I ordered the wrong one. Klarstein were excellent and the process was fairly easy.The unit makes nice mostly clear ice that lasts a lot longer than the bullet style ice our last unit madeHas a useful countdown on it so you know when your next batch of ice is due.Has a self clean function.The bad. The twin tank design is down right stupid. Let me explain..... My previous cheap and cheerful bullet ice unit had one tank under the ice basket. Now this is clever as all melting ice water gets re-used.That is not how this unit works. for some reason it has two tanks, you fill one at the top of the unit. makes ice (great) ice melts fills up the bottom tank under the basket. So all your lovely ice is sitting in water melting much faster...... Or, you go to bed. next morning you want more ice you have to empty the melted ice from bottom tank and either put that water back in the top tank, or throw away and fill the top tank with fresh water.If you want bigger cubes, they are then difficult to break up.To be fair if you remove the ice as it is made and use an ice bucket then the cons are reduced.I guess the search for the perfect home ice machine continues......
awful customer service, manufacturing issue
this was my second Klarstein ice machine, it came with a defect on an uneven leg. When I contacted customer service they said I couldn’t return it as It was out of warranty. I just bought it! check your facts straight before writing none-sense to your customers!!Check your products for manufacturer issues before shipping!! This was an obvious one. Poor quality product, you can also see that the same looking machine is available under other random Chinese brands.I was happy with my first ice machine but a metal part inside has rusted and Klarstein refused to honor any replacement or even discount.

Nach der Reinigung begannen wir sofort mit der Herstellung von Eiswürfeln. Nachdem ich den Behälter mit Wasser gefüllt hatte, war ich überrascht, dass die ersten Eiswürfel bereits nach 10 Minuten nach dem Einschalten des Geräts hergestellt wurden!Die Eiswürfelmaschine selbst ist leise und man kann die Geschwindigkeit einstellen. Wir sind ein Verein, der viele Veranstaltungen ausrichtet, daher entspricht das Gerät voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen.

Ottimo prodotto, ideale per creare velocemente ghiaccio in occasioni come aperitivi o cene tra amici.La macchina contiene circa 3 litri d'acqua e crea velocemente i cubetti di varie dimensioni.Facile da utilizzare e da pulire, non occupa troppo spazio.Consegna rapidissima, in anticipo sui tempi previsti.Consigliata!
