Head of the red forest in the Chernobyl exclusion zone? After Reactor 4 got the soviet treatment in the 80s all the trees in the zone turned red. They were full of radioactive Iodine which caused it. Consider what that would do to humans. This safe Iodine gets in to your body and binds to your cells before the radioactive stuff has a chance to ruin your day.Bought in case of catastrophe. Of course I can't test its effectiveness, are you mad? Would be easier to stomach than Iodine pills though and would go further. I keep it just in case. A small investment now - and I might be thankful I made it in future. I'm also ahead of the rush and innevitable shortage if stuff does go south.How morbid. But there you are.

I’m taking this supplement. I’m putting three drops in a glass of water. There is a slight taste but it’s not what I would call unpleasant. In fact I think it tastes quite nice.I take a broad spectrum of supplements daily. I have done for years. I’m firmly of the opinion that I have my good health, youth, fitness and vitality, at least in part, to show for it. I’m very well practised at listening to my mind and body.Having slept after taking this supplement, I can say that I was warm in bed (and the weather has turned colder) for the first time in ages. I mean I feel great generally but I VERY STRONGLY SUSPECT that this stuff is the reason. I know it is the received wisdom that these things take time but I know how I feel. This stuff has immediate beneficial effects, IMHO. When I say I was warm in bed, I don’t mean I was hot or sweaty. On the contrary I felt spot on, just so, comfy.I know I’m not in a position to express a scientifically meaningful or statistically significant result. It’s just what I have observed personally. I’m continuing with this supplement as directed.It’s easy to take and is a jolly good reason to drink a glass of water and that’s a good thing in itself.I hope these opinions and observations are helpful.

The media could not be loaded. I was recommended to take iodine supplement to improve sleep and metabolic rate.This is very easy to use, it comes with a little pipette and in a very pretty blue glass bottle.Personally I can't comment on the benefits, I haven't noticed any mayor changes but with supplements that's usually the case, you don't really notice much.I'd recommend this particular brand for the easy to use and presentation. It has a slight metallic taste but that's normal. It's not too overpowering. It can be added to juice if the taste bothers you

This is not as easy to use as those vitamin d drops which can be dropped direct onto your tongue. It is awful tasting so much be diluted with something with flavour to drown it out.Apart from that it seems a good amount of iodine per 3 drops and once you get used to the dilution step it's ok.

Iodine is one of those things you use when advised by your doctor.I believe it can treat Thyroid problems.We wanted it for our prepping supplies rather than an immediate requirement.It is possible to use it to help against radiation...I noticed that the amount seemed very strange 1ml..Intrigiued ,I thought I would give it a try just to see, is a 1ml amount just a couple of capsules in a blister pack that you keep in your bug out bag or just a typo?So....It was most likely a typo as this is a 59ml blue glass bottle.It comes with a dropper lid and is sealed with a (cellophane type)band.Inside the bottle, the liquid is clear not dark like the iodine you put on wounds.The dropper helps you to get a very precise amount.The best before date is 1/2025 so it has a long shelf lifeThere isnt much else one can say about it given that we arent being radiated at present..I include photos of the labels with the ingredients and warnings.

Iodine is phenomenal stuff but just a quick tip for this clear iodine (it's not the brown one that stains everything it touches): if you have hair loss, you can apply it directly to your scalp, and it may just prevent hair loss/hair fall. It kills the bacteria at the follicle that prevents healthy hair growth. It works, too!Before taking this, I would really recommend doing an iodine test to check you need it, because over-supplementing with iodine is almost as bad as being deficient. You'll need the brown iodine: just paint a 1 to 2 inch square swatch of it on the inside of your forearm. If the square of iodine has disappeared within about 24 hours, your body needs iodine supplementation.Both clear and brown iodine are fine.This clear one tastes the same as normal iodine: too much of it in your drink, and you'll taste it, and it tastes nasty. But a few drops in iced water (add some yummy sugar-free electrolytes for extra goodness) and you'll be in heaven,Thoroughly thoroughly recommended.
