There are mixed opinions & reviews on YouTube and also here about everything specifically this device. Some hate it & some just love it. I wanted to try it for myself! I like it. I gave it some time. I mostly enjoy it on my neck, hands & thighs! At first I felt very uncomfortable with it on my face and I felt like my teeth were literally bursting. I lowered the level to 2, it became manageable. I enjoy the microcurrent one on my face better. I am 44 years old and because of my healthy life and genes my skin looks very good but some natural changes are little by little showing up! I don’t expect miracles but even if it is mere placebo effect, I am seeing that it is working. I know my skin so good that I notice even small changes that are invisible to others. So it is totally a personal choice to buy it or not. I call these stuff adult toys. I handle them with care, make sure I am comfortable and safe and trust the science behind them .

I was pleasantly surprised. This had an effect on my face after the first use. It seemed to get rid of a lot of puffiness and help with chin/neck. Do not use it on the front of your neck where your thyroid is and do not use it on chest area around your heart. Otherwise, so far so good after a few uses. It seems to be well made and the balls do feel like a nice massage. It will make your muscles twitch which is kind of freaky at first.Also, you need some sort of gel to make it work. I got their gel but may switch to cheaper ultrasound gel next time. When it starts getting dry on my face it no longer zaps. If I mist my face with water then it starts zapping again. So it definitely needs moisture to work.
Sometimes a product is only as good as its warranty
Spend all this money and be prepared for it to stop working before the warranty end date without a way to fix or replace.I bought this, and really liked it. It stopped working about 6 or 7 months in because one of the heads came loose. I haven’t dropped it or anything, it just came loose and couldn’t hold the current. There is a 1 year warranty AND the manufacturer will not cover that warranty BECAUSE it was bought at Bolo--they should not be allowed to have a web store on Bolo if they won't honor the manufacturer warranty when it is bought there. They said Bolo needs to deal with the 1-year warranty and Bolo is versed in what to do. I have called 7 times and talked to 8 different agents at Bolo. I was supposed to receive a response in 7 days, and I haven’t heard anything. The last time I called and asked for a supervisor, they could not replace it or refund me what I paid. They only offered $100. I had to resort to filing a credit card dispute.
Lives Up to the Claims
This product feels as if it is working. I also like the variety of settings, easy to follow instructions and nice packaging. I've been using it for about 2 weeks, almost everyday for about10-minutes a day and although the results are not dramatic, i do see results.
