£9.00 is great value for money if you consider that if you follow the instructions as you should, this product will last 2 months!Its list of ingredients is nothing weird or not known in the world of supplements for fat burning.It is very early to know if it is going to work though.What I do know about this product is that the listed ingredients are everything someone needs to burn some fat, always with a balanced diet and for better results with some exercise. L carnitine will be very helpful if you exercise.The size is medium, not hard to swallow and the shell is easy to slide down. Not sticky.However, if you still find it uncomfortable, the shell opens extremely easy for you to take the powder mix and dissolve it in some water and drink it. It doesn't dissolve 100% since this isn't the design for it, but well enough to drink it and get its benefits without you having to swallow a pillow.It has no bad taste or aftertaste as powder and doesn't smell weird or bad. It has a rather soft smell that is actually nice. No chemical taste or smell.The bottle came well sealed with an expiration date of July 2024 (now Oct 22) and is made in Britain, something that I personally find reassuring.To be honest, I've put some hope in this product, and I really hope it will work but only time will tell.So far, only positive things I have to say

For some reason, these arrived covered in fingerprints and extremely sticky! So sticky, you could hear a noise when letting go of the tub. I have no idea what the stickiness is, but I don't like it.As for the product, it contains caffeine and other light stimulants, which do go a small way to increasing metabolism, but nothing that you'll ever notice. Considering things like ephedrine only contribute to a maximum 5% increase in fat burning, over the counter things like this are extremely limited in their potential. It's up to you if that's worth it for you.The capsules are rather large, but inoffensive. They don't taste of anything, which is good. I felt nothing at all taking them, though.For me, these aren't worth it, and I am concerned about the condition of the packaging. When things are meant for consumption, manufacture and storage are critical. These clearly failed in that respect.

The media could not be loaded. I just like them, they didn't give me amazing energy, but I feel like my body did heat up a little during use. So thermal is there. What I like about it1: It has Guarana extract- For slow release caffeine2: 180mg caffeine total not crazy like some others which have 300-400mg in one dose.3: MCT oil powder- Great for keto diets4: Chromium- did help me stay away from eating at the time of use- but afterwards got really hungry after some hours.5: Green Tea- Always healthy in most situations, but others eg/ Inhibits the absorption of iron this can be a good thing and a bad thing depending on person's circumstances. ie/ If you have too much iron in the body you should limit the in take and Green tea or matcha tea can help with that.The rest of the ingredients look to be nice as well vitamins B6 , B12, Zinc, Magnesium they all support each other and help with absorption of each other as well, like balancing out if you take zinc you need magnesium too, the right balance is needed otherwise it will hinder absorption. 100% each looks like a balance to me.I gave this product good review for having decent ingredients, without any magnesium stearate and using organic anticaking agent. This isn't a miracle pill though. In my opinion best used when training or doing something which helps to heat the body enough to sweat and thus fat burning occurs, and eventually leads to weight loss, I know this because I have been doing it since 2015, though this is best used with a balanced diet and lifestyle.I used it with my weight training and did help me sweat a bit more than usual, energy is prolongued over long period of time, so didn't give me supreme burst of energy or anything, and can't really take it too late in the day. Currently it's 9 quid right now this is good value for money compared to others I've seen at 30 quid.Some of the ingredients might be synthetic though. It is not a big deal as it's nothing I'm worried about. I only worry when its full of chemicals. This may not be the best fat burner I have tried, but its certainly not that bad especially for its price. What would make this product better is BioPerine, Tumeric, Ginger.I did miss the L-Carnatine it helps turn fat into energy amongst other benefits just startpage.com it great to use with keto diets. My final thoughts, what I didn't like about this was, didn't really feel any huge energy boost like I'm normally used to with fat burning supplements.Will update this review, if I have any adverse reactions, if you do you need to stop using it, and consult your local GP.I'm updating right now because I found that the keto max from the same company Max Vita has the exact same ingredients in that and this, so why change from keto to thermo? They both do the same thing well either way no fat burner is healthy for human bodies, but they did keep me up when I needed to stay up long time thanks to the guarana.

ive left this review for longer than i would normaly just to give them a chance to start kicking inPrice at time of review is Currently unavailableso my 1st thoughts to these was snake oil in powder form but i have had my mind changednow there not the easiest pills to swollow by a long shot, im talking size, they are chunky but after 2 servings i noticed a massive reduction in appitite, getting fuller quicker and not wanting to snack anywhere near what i was before taking them.as for weight, well its still a bit to soon to tell if there making a big diffrence besides the change of dietone thing i have noticed and this will be a little bit of an over share but defication is deffently more fatty and oily than before. but by design they are getting rid of that excessfor the time being i will keep at a middle of the road score, just so i can give them a few more weeks to work and come to a solid conclusion
