This is good stuff. A natural nutty texture and takes the right time to cook (ie not like instant fast processed oatmeal), the real McCoy. I soak it the night before, then it cooks quicker.

I stumbled across this brand because mornflake were out of stock, which I am now extremely happy about, ha. These guys keep there price right and I'll not buy off any one else. Great to make porridge overnight in a slow cooker and to feed your sourdough starter. They add body to your bakes but you have to make sure that they have at least a night to ferment or soak.
