I have been using hot water bottles for year and decided to invest in an electric blanket, and I am only sorry I didn't sooner! This keeps good heat across the blanket, maybe a bit less on the edges. It has 10 levels and a timer so you can even fall asleep on it and it will turn itself off, which is a safety feature I am very glad of as this puts me to sleep if I'm not careful. It's soft and can sustain a quite high heat. It can handle being tossed about and squished quite a bit, I drag it with me from room to room. The size is really good.

This is an absolute game changer! My boyfriend lives in one of those flats that seems to have a built-in icebox, and this was exactly what he needed. To be honest, when he first opened it at Christmas, he wasn’t exactly jumping for joy... but fast forward a few weeks, and now he can’t imagine going to bed without it.The only slight downside? It doesn’t get as hot as I hoped. My own (from a different brand) gets wonderfully toasty, but this one only reaches a comfortable warmth. Still, for a flat that’s always freezing, it’s been a total lifesaver!

I ordered the above item and was looking forward to receiving the slumberland heated blanket. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the control only screen only stayed on 00 the + and - did not go up or down. Interestingly, in the instruction booklet it said attach the control lead to the blanket. This was already in place. The plastic cover that usually goes over a three pin plug was not on there and where the packaging to zips are usually fitted with a plastic security link between the zips. This was not on there. I have returned it to Bolo after speaking to them and explaining the situation. I am now awaiting a refund, very disappointed as it was such a beautiful blanket. It just didn’t work.. I know slumberland are reputable company and will reimburse me as soon as possible.

Very cheap to run don’t have to have the heating on high now as this blanket gets hot instantly and keeps you very toasty deffo gonna save on bills as cheap to run

This is a lovely throw, I use as an overblanket under duvet. Compared to my last one, however, it isn't that warm. I have it in highest setting at 10 for 2 hours and its lukewarm when I get into bed. This is ok but not the best if its a cold night.

this item was has a faulty control switch. the timer is not working but the blanket on off is working. unfortunately please send a returns label as i want to have a full refund. thank you kindly.
