I buy these supplements regularly in the winter months because the encapsulation process means that I can take a higher dose of vitamin C without any adverse effects on my stomach or wastage due to nonabsorption. I find them pleasantly easy to swallow despite being quite big.

I have tried several of the Liposomal Vitamin C products over the last few years.I keep returning to this one though.While they are all excellent in their own ways, I find the Yapila one, since it is liquid in a capsule the easiest to take and absorb.I have had great results with this when I have been under the weather - I now take 6 capsules a day as a preventative and haven't felt so healthy in a long time!Thank you Yapila for this product.(Oh, did I mention it is fairly priced too? Especially buying in bulk?)

We've ordered these several times now; don't take them all the time but whenever we're feeling run down or, especially, beginning a lurgy and they work a treat. Easy to swallow but if (like my son) you hate taking capsules, even soft ones, they can be pierced and the contents added to juice -they taste fine.

I always look for vitamins and supplements with NO bulking agents. I found these vitamin C oil capsules packed with 2 grams of pure vitamin C, they’re easy to swallow and great to keep my required daily intake. I use 6 grams a day for immune health and perimenopause symptoms, mainly night sweats. They are helping greatly!
