Very useful product
This is a potent product. It seems to have worked for me, along with other meds and a bit more exercise. Sugars spiking quite badly according to my monitor. But almost straight away this has flattened the spikes. Will continue using but also discuss with Medical Professionals.

I do feel that by taking cinnamon tablets they do help with blood sugar, however I don’t think I will be purchasing these tablets again and will revert back to the coated capsules as I do find it hard to swallow the tablets.
